Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have such an option as the TOP BAR wasn’t designed to be sticky like the main menu.
To achieve that that are required lots of customization and if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.

All the modifications to the theme files will be overwritten when you update the theme and you will have to re-add all the customizations except the custom CSS from Theme panel. If not what do you mean, please provide me more details.

First of all, you must to create new main menu and then customize them. More information about how to do this find in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/. Now you can see on your site-top bar menu. In theme panel, can modify the color what do you want and as permitted by theme like this: http://screencast.com/t/unBb1tZn.

In this theme the width maxim with sidebar is 696 px and width max without sidebar is 1068 px.

The logo size depends on the headers style used. Same thing for advertising banners. For a better accommodate with the new ad banners you need some CSS customization.
