Okay, I see, comma-seperated. But somehow the CPR post show up if the search word is in the text – but not in the title? If you search e.g. for “HappyBaby” -> “HappyBaby Bamburg” shows up. But not if you search for “Bamberg”… Any idea why this happens?

thanks for the fast reply. Well, I just put it into the “custom css” section of the newspaper theme panel.

First, the code editor there throws an error and marks the ” p” (with the empty space) in red. If I just save it and load a page, not dropcaps do appear.

Hi, thanks for this fix. Looking at the css code I assume that the post date will not displayed anymore on ALL posts, right? But in my case I just need it for the custom post types, not the wordpress regular posts.

The more, I assume that it does not need to be a special Toolset fix. I just use it to create CPTs as any other tool can do so or as it can get done by some manual plugin code.

I would suggest that in the theme panel’s CPT section there should be a selector to decide on CPT by CPT if I want to display the date or not. If this can get integrated in Newspaper – great!

well, I just created a new search template and customized it to our needs. So for me it is fine, though I do not know why or how the search did not work anymore after detaching the cloud template.

I fear I will not be able to reproduce it (as I have a new solution)…

thanks for hinting at “check the plugins” (a standard…). I found out that “Toolset Blocks” does cause this issue. I also will call the support of Toolset to question if they know why the plugin breaks the “nextpage”-functionality…

no prob! I tried your suggestion but still it does not work. What I get is a pagination box at the end of the page ([1] [2]). But the post itself is shown fully! Also if I click the two page links, the correct page number is bold – but the whole article is shown…

Any idea where to look out for what breaks the intended behaviour?

this is not what I was looking for! I want to split a post (sic!) so that the post appears on two or more pages. If I use the page break button the post page still is rendered as one page (full content not split content over two or more pages).

Do you see a solution to that? Or is it a bug in Newspaper?#

thanks for the reply. Unique Articles will work, thanks – and a CPT support would be great. Using articles belong to a custom post type seem to be not to difficult to realize…

Another NEW question: it would be good to get “random” articles not only by “last 7 days” of “over all posts”, but by “last 30 days”. If a website is not too active as ours, a month seems to be a good period while seven days are a bit too short to get enough article grabbed.

By the way: the random option itself is a really useful feature. Bot for everybody and in all situations. But we e.g. grab “interviews” (category) randomly and re-present them as interviews have often a long term impact.
