And what about the mobile version problem?
thanks
fabio
Hi Pablof,
my problem was the reverse proxy that I use with CDN service. It is not a problem regarding the theme upgrade.
cheers,
fabio
Hi,
I found the problem. It’s an old jquery settings.

fabio
ok, thanks you.
fabio
Hi Calin,
thanks for your answer.
Last question: any suggestion to improve LCP score?

fabio
Yes, I followed this guide
https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/

Hi,
if I do not use icon present in the woff file, how can I avoid to load this file?
thanks
fabio
thank you
Thanks Calin
If I set the cache timeout to 0, there is no garbage collection and in my case it generates the problem.
As I read on several posts on wordpress forum, the suggestion is to set it to 4 or 6 hours.
In my case I fix it!
Cheers
Hi Calin,
I think I have found the source of the problem (I hope..): It’s the nounce:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cause-admin-ajax-php-403-forbidden/
“Can’t be 100% certain, but this is probably rather a problem with page caching (wp super cache); typically admin-ajax.php requests use a “nonce”, a semi-random string which is generated and added to the page. When the ajax gets triggered it sends that “nonce” (together with the data it tries to post) to the server where the nonce gets checked. Now the problem; a WordPress nonce has a limited validity, typically (but not always) 4h. If the “nonce” does not check out, the request is refused, which is what you’re observing.
The solution; lower “Cache Timeout” on WP Super Cache’s “Advanced” tab. The default there is 3600s (= 1h), so either you have a (much) higher value there OR you have a plugin which has a _very_ short nonce lifetime.
Hope this clarifies/ helps,”
Tell me what you think
thanks
fabio
Yes,
I confirm that the plugin is correctly configured.
As you noticed now, after deleting the cache, the problem does not appear.
It cannot be a server problem because I recently changed the server and the problem still persist.
Thanks
Fabio
Hi,
I don’t use security plugin and no application firewall on my server.
If I clear or disable wp-super-cache all works fine.
Thanks
fabio
In my case I used the universal code
https://help.disqus.com/en/articles/1717112-universal-embed-code
Thanks Calin,
my last question is: Is it possible define the “defer” feature on the JS included by your theme or that option can generate problem on the theme?
thanks
fabio
Hi Calin,
the html line that stretch the editor is exactly “.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block”.
I don’t know why, but I have resolved it going to https://imgur.com/TItRWuY
and changing “row stretch” to default, than reselecting “1600x…” again.
I guarantee that:
* the cache was deleted
* the problem was not present with other theme
* disabling all plugin the problem persists
Thanks
Fabio
Hi Calin,
I have a strange behaviour. You can read the post here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/createedit-post-mobile-view-on-desktop-why/
thanks
Thanks
It works!
Same behavior with version 10.3.4. What could it be?
Anyone has the same problem?
Anyone can help me?
Thanks
Fabio
I use the “raw stretch and content” but as you can see https://www.ciscozine.com/12-high-bugs-asa-firepower/ there are the white border.
Hi,
I no set these variables.
These varibles are useful only when the same page can be reached by different URL.
In my case I have no set it.
fabio
Hi Calin, like Arnaud I have the “Newspaper system status” all green.
What can it be?
Thanks
Fabio
You can use a ‘raw html’ module if you use newspaper theme.
