Hi Bettina,
As I mentioned in my ticket, I can see the right account on the backend (where you connect the accounts in the Newspaper panel), along with the correct follower count. That tells me it’s been setup correctly. However it’s not displaying correctly in the frontend.
I also checked the Cloudflare documentation you sent, however this seems to be more of a general guide than how to configure it to avoid a conflict with the Instagram count. I did go over specific requirements like having certain features active or not, the settings are already correct.
Please can you advise what steps we can take to get this feature running smoothly?
Hi Cailin, can you please advise when you expect to be testing your theme with PHP 8.2? Testing a theme early with a new version of PHP is something I’d hope all theme developers to be doing.
No progress, Michael.
Unfortunately not at all, no releases to fix this issue. Quite disappointing.
Hi Bettina, thanks, have done so.
Hi Bettina,
Is there a way to restrict the script extending dropdown input functionality affecting the events page? The Events Calendar asked me to find this out from you.
Thanks.
Hi Bettina, thank you for the update and for adding the plugin to the list. Can you shed some light on the JS conflict logged in the console, of which we shared a screenshot in the initial ticket? With the information you provide, TEC can perhaps work on a solution together with you.
Hi Anamaria,
Thanks for letting us know. 🙂
Hi Bettina,
Thanks for the link, I read the thread. Though it doesn’t really answer my question on whether or not you plan on updating WP Bakery or whether your effors going forward will be exclusively focussed on TagDiv Composer.
Since WP Bakery wasn’t updated for over a year, it seems fair to assume that you will not be updating it any longer, and that I have no choice but to update to the TagDiv Composer since if I leave WP Bakery unupdated, it may become vunerable, and if I get a licence, it may become incompatible with Newspaper.
Could you please advise on how we can make this transition as smooth as possible? As the documentation on migrating gives a 404.
Hi Bettina,
Thanks for the quick response. I have just done so.
This seems to be the same problem as in this post. Support was provided to this customer via email, but I am curious to know what the solution was. https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/my-custom-archive-does-not-have-the-option-to-be-edited-with-tagdiv-composer/
Hey Vlad, yes that’s correct – but in Visual Composer instead of the tagDiv Composer.
