We’ve adjusted it from 80 to 100 to 120, etc. but the location of the custom titles within the image boxes does not change?
Thank you, Anamaria – we have inserted the code, but how do now move the location of the custom title to the bottom of each image?
We Rolled back to the previous version and all is fine.
The problem resolved itself overnight! Ticket Closed…
Problem was resolved last month and has now returned. See the original Ticket here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-not-working-71/
HERE IS THE ISSUE
When attempting to update a particular page using “Edit with tagDiv composer”, we get the following message: “We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”.
Our Theme version is up to date and there are no disabled plugins.
Help!
Help, please!
Hi Bettina: Same issue has returned as described upon opening this Ticket. And we can confirm that Our Theme version is up to date and there are no disabled tagdiv plugins.
Hi Anamaria:
We’ve already tried that, but doesn’t change the image. We are trying to change the image for a Cloud Library Template (Category Template 2). There is no option via the Edit Page function to “Set a Featured Image”
Admin credentials have now been sent to you.
Very disappointed that this “fix” wasn’t included in your Theme Update this week. We remain unable to update over a dozen time-sensitive pages. Help!
This error is significantly impacting our ability to update over a dozen pages. Can you please expedite the bug fix? Thank you!
wp_booster error:
Internal error: The system tried to use an att that does not exists! class_name: tds_button3 Att name: “button_tdicon” as “1-button_tdicon”
/home/bizcatal/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_style.php
We have some important page updates, but cannot proceed until this bug is fixed.
Yes we do – and this bug only surfaced upon installation of your latest Theme Version… thank you!
Thank you Bettina. We followed your steps above and still not working on certain pages. We see the following error displayed:
wp_booster error:
Internal error: The system tried to use an att that does not exists! class_name: tds_button8 Att name: “button_tdicon” as “1-button_tdicon”
/home/bizcatal/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_style.php
As mentioned prior, our Theme version is up to date and all plugins (including the Standard Pack) are activated. Yet the problem still exists?
Thank you, Anamaria – Wp-Admin credentials sent to your attention.
Thank you – tried both, and in both cases, simply distorts the Top Menu dramatically.
Thank you!
As it is a Cloud Template Page, this is what we see (no Layout):
Very helpful (thank you), Bettina. We’ve changed the Style via the element settings.
But we can’t find anywhere within the Layout tab of the element’s settings to change the icon?
Thank you, Calin!
Thank you!
Thank you!
Grateful Bettina – thank you!
We would like to display it horizontally in the same row as the other video.
