We have followed all of the steps on page one here (multiple times) in this topic: http://screencast.com/t/X2vWxPzV without success and have sent you an email on 9 January at contact@tagdiv.com with wp-admin credentials. Just resent our Email. Thank you in advance for your help!

Many of us have followed the Tutorial instructions/settings in precise detail, yet the FB Counter is still not working properly. Is there a timely “fix” on the way?

Same Problem here. Facebook Count is off by approx 300 Fans. Using the Latest version of everything. Plus the App ID as instructed within the Tutorial. No change. Not working. Help!
