Works fine now – thank you Simion!
Thank you, Simion – please see my response to your email.
With all plugins disabled and only the following active:
Newspaper theme version 12.7.6
TagDiv Cloud Library version 3.9.5
TagDiv Composer version 5.4.5
The “Edit with TagDIV Composer” option in Pages, still does not work. Disabling, uninstalling, removing, then reinstalling and activating a new copy of the TagDiv Composer did not resolve the issue.
This issue began following updates to our Home Page using TagDiv cloud templates. We’ve also notice that all of our top menus (above the Home Page content) have disappeared.
We have now sent you Login Credentials, referencing this support ticket.
Site has been backed up and your Admin Credentials have been sent.
Will do today – thank you!
Hi Calin – all caches have been flushed by our tech support team for our site, and all non-logged in device caches have been flushed, but the problem persists and ONLY related to this particular Page (create from Cloud templates). Our tech support team has advised: “It may be worth reviewing the code used to build the new page. In many themes, custom CSS is added specifically for mobile and tablet views. If this is not configured, the layout typically defaults to the desktop CSS, etc., which does not always display properly across devices. I am not certain whether the TagDIV Newspaper theme supports this behaviour, but I would expect that it does.
Since other pages appear to be functioning correctly, this points to a likely issue within the code of the newly created page itself.
That is the correct link. We turned off the Header & Footer as this will become a Landing Page once it’s working properly. It does NOT happen when we are logged in on our iPhone. How can I provide a screen cording from the iPhone and how to I share it with you?
Thank you, Calin…
Checked again and what see is a bunch of white space until we scroll down quite far when the Page finally appears. And beneath the Page we see our entire Main Menu in this format:

Thank you, Calin. Disabled the enhanced sharing option as you’ve suggested, and all is fine now!
More info from our Site Administrator for your reference:
Please let the developer know that the theme is not throwing any errors (debug was turned on).
Site cache remains off.
Optimization remains off.
Object cache remains off.
Please cancel this Support Ticket – as the problem has now disappeared!
Thank you for your very kind help & Happy New Year!
Thanks, Bettina.
1. Are we not able to add CSS via the Theme Panel to apply to all boxes?
2. Tried Chrome & Firefox and was unable to find Live CSS – can you please reduce to 50% for now until we can find and adjust further on our end?
Where is the Live CSS box located?
Thank you, Bettina.
Our original request was to reduce the size to 50%. It is now showing at 100%. And we cannot see the CSS code via Admin/Theme Panel/Custom CSS
Copy-paste CSS code was done several times but without a successful result.
Admin Credentials have now been sent to contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!
I’ve added the code precisely as supplied by you. Haven’t changed the margin bottom.
Tried at 100%, 50%, 25%, and 10% but nothing changed.
Thank you – applied your code at 100% and then 50% but nothing changes?
Hi Bettina:
We want to reduce the current Image Box size to at least half the current overall square size (both vertical & horizontal).
Thank you!
Of course! Just sent email.
Hi Anamaria,
Noticed that since this new CSS was put in place, the Biographies presented (left side) on the Published Archives of each of our Contributors are aligned to the Center. These have always been fully-justified (straight edges on both sides of the paragraph)
Here’s an example:
Perfect – thank you!
WP-ADMIN credentials have now been sent. thank you!
We did, indeed!
