Hi Catalin:

It is the SECOND Screenshot that we need to see fully. This one: http://screencast.com/t/7dLgIuOpBp

Hello Catalin:

The Code in your second Screencast above is not entirely visible (cut-off at the right margin). Here is your Screencast from above:

The result is here -> http://screencast.com/t/7dLgIuOpBp

Would you please attach a new Screencast with the entire code showing?

Thank you!

This works for our HomePage, but how do we add extra elements to our Blog Sidebar, as only three elements exist (Ad Box, Must Read, Ad Box) and we want to double this?

Hi Catalin:

Linkedin Share Button has been working perfectly (following your advice above in September). However, it disappeared completely after we installed the latest Theme Update earlier this week!

I’m wondering if their new version code changes no longer support the temporary patch they supplied?

Here’s what we did:

1) Edit file: \public_html\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\includes\modules\td_module_single.php
At somewhere near line 53 add (just after/under whatsapp) add:

<a class=”td-social-sharing-buttons td-social-linkedin” href=”http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=&#8217; .
urlencode(esc_url(get_permalink())) . ‘&title=’ . htmlspecialchars(urlencode(html_entity_decode($this->title,
ENT_COMPAT, ‘UTF-8’)), ENT_COMPAT, ‘UTF-8’) . ‘&source=’ . urlencode(get_bloginfo(‘name’)) . ‘”
onclick=”window.open(this.href, \’mywin\’,\’left=50,top=50,width=600,height=350,toolbar=0\’); return false;”><div
class=”td-sp td-sp-linkedin”></div>

2) Make sure custom CSS code is still there. Add in theme options, custom code, custom CSS:

.td-social-linkedin {background-color: #006699; }
.td-sp-linkedin {width: 32px; height: 32px; background-position: -24px -744px; }

We observed the code was still in the custom CSS theme options.

3) Replace the image sprite files with the one’s you manually supplied last time.
Replace the sprites in \public_html\wp-content\themes\Newspaper\images\sprite with:

Still not working… Help!

Hi Catalin: Let me explain what we are looking for more clearly:

Our current Blog Pages are all presented with our Default (Right) Sidebar, as shown here:

http://bizcatalyst360.com/a-guide-for-the-perplexed-leader/

Currently the Default (Right) Sidebar ONLY contains an AD BOX, a MUST READ Section and a second AD BOX.

We want the Default (Right) Sidebar on ALL BLOG Pages to match the Right Sidebar presented on our Home Page Here: http://bizcatalyst360.com/

Let us know!

Hi Chris – That was our first thought, but it apparently isn’t that simple with this theme, as we want to add them just to the Blog Pages… Thanks for responding, tbough!

Update: It Worked! No need for the Font Awesome addition. Thank you!

We are not seeking “custom work” Catalin. We have followed your steps precisely five (5) times, and it has been done by experienced people. Simply seeking reasonable help here as it simply doesn’t work.

Thank you for your quick response as always! We installed the Font Awesome 4 Menus plugin (relvance?) – Regardless, that’s what they advised, and confirmed all the code entries and sprite files precisely as you’ve instructed, but it’s still not working.

Hi Andre. One final adjustment to the Author Card. Using your screencast as an example, it is not clear to our Site visitors that the Author Name (in your example “ADMIN”) is hyperlinked. We would like to adjust the color of this Name to make it more visible as a hyperlink (e.g. blue). Can you help?

Thank you Bogdan for your quick response as usual. How can we tell which image is currently being used without going into the coding area?
