Hi Catalin,

Thanks for your and your team’s kind support. We solve it very close to your suggestion.
The way in localhost to update The WordPress Version is;
1- Update the theme Newspaper6 to the last version like (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-update-visual-composer-2/) here.
2- Uninstall the Visual Composer and delete it.
3- Update the WordPress Version to 4.5
4- Update it as your suggestion on this(http://screencast.com/t/DwZN21u0VR)
it is working!…

When we follow the process of what this link (https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/) is suggesting us, we face the Error screen after the 5th step in the second tab. The error screen is below.

(In this case, we have to stay in WordPress 4.4.2 version working on localhost)
