hello, thanks for the answer but I didn’t ask for support on the plugin, I asked for more information on setting the adv spaces. From theme panel it seems that there is the possibility to simply manage only google adsense banners while there is no detailed information on how to manage non adsense banners. can you help me? thank you

hi Calin and thanks for the reply. I’ll send an email immediately. I don’t want the refund: I want to use your theme because I know it’s probably the best … but I can’t get it to work.
All the requirements are met and there are no plugins, at the moment, that can interfere … I put all the access data and I am waiting for solutions and at your disposal.

hi, thanks for the reply. I am on Godaddy but ALL REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS are met.
Despite this, my site does not work, it is very slow in opening pages and it is ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY with your template.
I chose this theme because it was aesthetically very beautiful and because it was referred to as a “feather light theme” but that’s not true.
The theme is unmanageable.
Please: fix the problem or give me a refund, I can’t argue with a theme to see the site online! I have been going on for two months: I spent money to increase the hosting specifications but I didn’t get any results.
I find it not very serious.

ciao Sideways… una domanda, se puoi: hai risolto TUTTI I PROBLEMI passando ad un hosting da 2gb oppure no?

Io ho il tuo stesso problema e non so come risolverlo… prima di spendere altri soldi vorrei capire se ne vale la pena o no. Il template mi piace ma effettivamente non è leggero come loro pubblicizzano… anzi!
