Hi Calin,
Thanks for the reply.
Comments are enabled in the post and I have deactivated/re-activated plugins as you suggested. Unfortunately, it hasn’t resolved the issue.
The ‘Single Post Comments’ are still visible in the TagDiv composer, but they do not show in the live blog posts. There is just a white bar where the ‘comments’ should be.
Can you offer any further suggestion as to how I might resolve this?
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
Is is it possible to add a floating social bar to the side of the screen with the Tag Div theme?
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
I’m still experiencing the problem. For some reason, the ‘social share buttons’ aren’t showing up on my iPad?
I only currently have 3 blog posts on my site, but the same issue is experienced on all 3.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply.
Does this mean search engines will not properly read/rank ‘pages’ made with the TagDic Composer?
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
I am still developing the blog so nothing is live.
I am not sure how to provide a private link in the draft post/page?
Thanks
Hi,
I’m not sure if this screenshot will work, but if it does, this shows the blue box around the ‘audio player’ mentioned above:
Please let me know if you access the screenshot.
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
The page is not live. How do I provide a link to a draft preview page?
Thanks
Hi Vlad,
Thanks for the reply.
I followed your suggestion; unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Having set/saved the post text colour in the theme panel (#eeeeee), I then return to the draft WordPress post and change a Gutenberg block text colour to black, from white (so that I can again clearly read it).
I then return to the ‘preview post’ in the TagDiv composer and refresh it.
The text has changed from the bright #eeeeee colour to a dark grey; making it hard to see against the dark background.
Somehow the TagDiv text colour is affecting the draft post editor text colour – or vice versa.
The Gutenberg draft text has to be set to be ‘white’ in order for the #eeeeee colour to clearly show against the darker TagDiv composer post background.
Do you have any more clues or suggestions?
Thanks
Thanks for the reply Vlad. I’ll look into deactivating WPBakery, but look forward to the function working – it would be really useful.
Best regards
Hi, Thanks for your reply.
I have tried to add the ‘Text With Title’ element, but unfortunately when I open the ‘Edit Content – WP Editor’ the pop-up window opens but nothing loads, I just get a constant spinning disc.
Any ideas why this is?
Now resolved.
Hi Vlad!
Thanks again for the reply. I think I have managed to sort the issue. For some reason I think Jetpack was causing a problem; when I deactivated, the problem went away. I have now deleted Jetpack and am trying a handful of different plugins to try and replicate the Jetpack benefits.
Thanks!
Hi Vlad,
Thanks for the reply.
The blog is currently not live, I am still in the development stage.
When I hover over the post title and press ‘preview’ – I am able to see the previewed content perfectly.
It’s just when I click on it to continue editing, that I get the message: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I’m a bit of a novice with wordpress. Could you explain what you mean by – ‘copy the post content from the homepage, erase it and re-create it again’.
Thanks
Hi Calin!
Thanks for the reply.
Sorry, I didn’t realise there was a new theme update. I followed the update guidelines and reinstalled – everything seems to have gone back to normal.
All the best
Hello tagDiv team,
As of the Tues 30th April, I am also unable to access the theme templates. When I click to ‘add new’ I receive the message: “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
Please advise on how to resolve / fix.
Kind regards
