Thanks for the link to the FB tool. Everything was set up correctly, it turns out I needed to update the website permalinks. I’m not sure how or why that became an issue, but I’m happy everything is now working.

I am having the same issue on my site (www.traveldew.com). I followed the recommendations suggested here as well as the Yost suggestions with no success. Previously I tried updating the PHP from version 5.6 to version 7.2 and increased the memory limit. I also tried deactivating all but the TagDiv plugins and the issue persists. Could you take a look?

Hi @Calin,

I’m sorry that I was not clear, it is not a new post issue, the issue that I am having is that when posts are shared on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) no preview image is displayed. Before contacting you I updated the PHP from version 5.6 to version 7.2 and increased the memory limit. I now have deactivated all but the TagDiv plugins and the issue persists. What should I try next? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I am having the same issue. I checked all the “Requirements for Newsmag” and updated the php version and a few other settings, but the problem persists. Can you help?
