Hi, Thank you for responding however that guide doesn’t show where the sub-categories and categories are coming from.

As you can see from the video there should be more sub menus and the guide does say where the categories are made.

Is it under the posts/pages/shop etc.

A few things, we are transferring this site over the pages that were built with elementor. So you are telling me that I can’t use this theme then, since the site was originally built with Elementor? And I’m not sure what this has to do with building a mega menu. I wasn’t looking to edit the page, I’m looking to make a mega menu.

I find that very odd, and perhaps when I bought them the theme it there should have been a disclosure saying “only buy this theme if TagDiv was used previously” Can you please confirm this is what you mean?

How would I know if I have a plugin conflict with the menu? I don’t even know if it was built right?

Third, you say “I saw that you have set subpages for the category, please check the structure, let only the category, without subitems.” but according to the article you sent me and the other mega menus I saw, they have had multiple sub-categories.
