thank you for the support. I have created a png file with my logo plus the text. The text is in right of the logo, so now I have logo and the text as one image. the logo place holder has 272 x 90px. Where can I change that to accommodate my new logo image? My new logo is 600 x 90px.

GD is enabled. still no go. I’m able to upload images. That portion works. Just can’t insert any image to page or post. I have took out all the plugins and changed the template to WP default theme and still no go. Do you have any other ideas where I can look? Just additional info. I have multiple WP running on that server and other WP’s are working fine.

hi, sorry to open this post back up again. I’m experiencing the same issue here. I have followed the instructions here https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ however, i’m still unable to insert images into the post. I’m also unable to insert logo using the theme panel. It seams like when I click save it is not saving.

Ok, Bogdan you identified the question now how to remove the page title from the page? I don’t want the page title to display.

Thank you for the response. I do have the latest version of the theme and social counter plugin. I have just figured it out the reason for the FB counter not working. When you create the FB Dev app to get the required information from FB, have to make sure you activate the app from the facebook page otherwise, the social counter will not work.

hi, no the issue is not the gray strip. I know my picture is small, I have uploaded larger version of the image with no issues.
The little box is where the date and author name is. It appears that is the background color. IF you remove the feature image and hide the date and author display, that small gray box is there. Does your post title with blue background line up with bottom? It looks like it is little higher and there is a gap.

Hi, currently our development is on a private server and can not be accessed from outside of our network. I can’t send login info. Our FB name is LACoFD and our ID is correct, may be you have typed it incorrectly. I have also checked it with findmyfbid.com Also, in the settings I did try to use our name versus ID and still was no go.

Any other suggestions? thank you again for assistance.

Still no go for me. I have completely removed the plugin and the template. I have installed it again from the beginning and still not working for me.

Twitter and YouTube works just fine. NO FB and Instagram

Its interesting that for you it is the opposite. for me Twitter works and Facebook doesn’t.

my account is public and I got the correct ID for the Facebook. I have changed to another public FB ID and still didn’t work.
The plug is is working because I’m able to get YouTube and Twitter numbers. They are working but not FB and Instagram.

I have disabled all other plugins and still not working. Any other suggestions?

for 1) I did the css edit it worked however, there is this small squer box still visible: see linked image can you assist on how to take that out?

For 2) It was still not showing for me. Then I figured out. It would help to add this to your documentation or future support tickets. If the category is empty the ajax menu will not display. The category needs to have at least one post assigned to that category.

Update on my Question2: I was able to find where to control the ajax menu. I still have issue. When I choose specific category ID to display, it only displays if my category ID is single digit. I input category ID 3,4,11,14 only 3 and 4 shows up. 11 and 14 will not show up. Even I tried to just have 11 or only 14 still no display.
