The screenshot from Guillaume Guersan is no longer available, but the advice is still good all these years later, and it solved my problem.
For any Cloudways customers who are experiencing the issue of WP Editor being stuck in a loading loop. The first thing to check is that you need to have ‘Direct PHP Files Access’ turned on in your Cloudways Application Settings.

No sorry, it is still not working. If you fill out the form and then the press the button, nothing happens.
Thank you for the suggestion. However, I already had “Load CSS Asynchronously” selected. It must be something else.
No reply to my email. My website remains completely unusable due to this ongoing Admin-Ajax issue
I emailed the support team about this issue yesterday but did not get a response. I attempted to roll back to a previous version of the theme but I cannot get that to work either.
Thanks Bettina. Is there a method I could use to keep Lazy Load enabled for the majority of images, but disable it in one specific block?
I have followed this advise without success
Thanks Vlad, website is https://tvblackbox.com.au/
Hi Vlad – If I disable Google Fonts using your suggested method it breaks my site by preventing the Oswald Google Font from appearing.
I only want to prevent Open Sans and Roboto from loading. I have tried turning off the “load default fonts” setting https://imgur.com/a/ORT3PH3 however when I check the waterfall on GTMetrix a large number of Open Sans and Roboto fonts still appear to be loading. https://imgur.com/a/hzHJuaa
Thanks @Anamaria I am having another problem with images in AMP mobile theme. The caption for block images is appearing one word per line, see image example: https://www.screencast.com/t/PjEnhURGvyN any ideas?
hi @anamaria – I have now solved this problem, the featured image had been turned off in the Post Settings section of the Theme Panel.
Just checking you received this message @Anamaria
Hello Anamaria, Apologies for not explaining properly. The issues is on post pages, not the homepage. Unfortunately, the issue is not solved yet. The featured image is not appearing at the top of posts.
Thankyou for the advice Langolo and Mark, I can confirm disabling the Yoast SEO plugin resolved this issue for me as well. Would be good if tagDiv and Yoast teams can find a solution to this bug as it is a very popular and useful plugin. Cheers
Ive also been having this problem, what did you do to fix it?
I have adjusted the ‘Browser Cache TTL’ setting in Cloudflare to ‘Respect Local Headers’ and I think things are now working better. Is that what I should have it set as?
I have done all of this, problem still remains
Im getting more complaints from users about this issue. Any help would be appreciated.
I have had to disable the mobile theme plugin as this is the only way I could access content on mobile. I have never used the amp plugin. Help appreciated
