I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of direct assistance I have received from you regarding my ticket on tracking AMP pages on analytics. It’s disheartening to witness a supposed “support agent” continually referring me to other sites and forums instead of providing a concrete resolution.

As a member of your product, I expect to receive expert guidance and support directly from you, not mindless redirections to external resources. If I wanted to scour the internet for solutions, I wouldn’t have bothered seeking help on this platform in the first place.

Your role as a support agent should involve addressing users’ concerns promptly and effectively. Frankly, I haven’t seen any of that from your responses so far. Instead of wasting my time with unhelpful links, I demand a straightforward and actionable solution from you.

Further, I don’t care about your excuses or reasons for not delivering the support I deserve. It’s your duty to ensure that users like me can find the answers they seek directly within this forum. Step up and fulfill your responsibilities as a support agent, or perhaps it’s time to find someone else who can actually get the job done.

Is it possible to only allow logged-in users to bookmark the article or if they are not logged in, popup windows appear to ask users to log in to bookmark the article?

If this is not included in the feature currently, can you please inform your developers and ask them to add this functionality in future updates?

My site URL is https://geeksramp.com/ and i have checked the theme option and there is no custom code added related to the featured image except the below one:

As I said many times before that this issue is from your side not any individual site or theme package.

Many people are posting threats on it so it can not belong to some limited sites.

Why do you need someone’s – admin url and credentials, – cpanel url and credentials and – a link to this topic in order to identify you when it is clearly showing problem on your demo theme?

You should fix it from your end, in your original theme package.

You should ask your developers to investigate the bug and fix the theme.

English is not my native language but still, I am trying to describe the issue.

I also brought it to your attention last year but it seems Tagdiv team is unable to fix it.

If you can’t believe it, check the above URL.

After loading the page, it will also disable the scroll bar and freeze the page completely.

That’s why I had switched to another theme and removed the newspaper theme entirely from my website.

I have sent an email to contact@tagdiv.com with the login details.

I have tested it on my live site and in localhost as well. So i am sure, the problem is with the theme, not mine site only.

You can check it at your end, you will definitely find the bug.

Disabled it but, fonts (https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Muli%3A400%2C600%2C800&ver=11.4) still loading on the pagespeed insight.

Is this feature still unavailable? If not, then how to host google fonts locally?

The setting was disabled in the Theme Panel’s Block Settings => Meta info on Modules/Blocks => Show Data.

Yes, currently it is online but goes down often and up after a few minutes, automatically.

Border radius is working when no color is chosen on the Background color but, once I add color to the Background color, it hides the border behind the background color.

While looking at the analytic data I found a real-time visitor comes to one of my post ending with ?tdb_action=tdb_ajax

I wonder how he/she reach this URL?

Tried to access the URL with ?tdb_action=tdb_ajax and found, it has no header,footer and page was also not scrolling, and in the source of the page, it has two meta robots tags.

I don’t know what is it and how to fix it.
