As I have cleaned the website from the malware and still have this issue, I’m wondering why I see this article page like this.

What’s strange is that it only happens when I select Emma (a newly added author) as an author. If I select other authors, I don’t have this issue. I have already deleted Emma from the user database and we created again her profile, but the issue is still here.

Ok ok I see.. good idea to start by creating lists. Regarding the customization it’s a good idea.. It won’t create again that issue of code loss when updating the optin builder pluggin?

Thank you. Yes I have checked: I have created an email list and linked it to a plan (subscription/plan, I have added the email list).
All the subscription process works fine but the only issue is that despite the fact that I set the email list and linked it to a plan, if a user subscribes to a plan, he is not added to the email list in optin builder.

I have just noticed something. If a user goes directly to the plans page and select a plan, then the user is direct to the checkout form and completes all procedure until payment.
However, there is one thing, we don’t ask the user to check the box that he is accepting the terms of use of the website …
Is there a way to add that box before payment ?

To make sure I have a proper understanding, If I install the child theme, do I need to install the child theme on all of these: single Templates + Modules + Headers + Blocks + Category template + Category top post style + Footer template ? If the plugin that we customized is the optin builder, is it related to child theme to install so that if I update the newspaper template, I don’t loose everytime all the code?

Maybe can I share with you the credentials of my website so you have a look at the customization done on the plugin optin builder and you tell me if child theme solves the issue of newspaper template update?

For the modal :
Line 1 is inner text
Line 2 is modal
I have combined them to create a newsletter pop up

In the modal I see no H1, .. , H4 option
In the text with title,
a) the title is H2 (subscribe to our newsletter) -> Do you think it’s because of this? in which case how to have a big font without selecting H1 or H2?
b) the tagdiv option of text with title, I have the H4 default title SEO selected -> or do you think it’s because of this ? in which case I can’t do anything because there is no empty option

Thank you for sharing the link; it’s very helpful. I’m looking to keep the related articles on the post pages but not in the pop-up modal. Do you know how I can disable the related posts element specifically within the pop-up modal?

It seems that the issue might be related to the modal element being placed on a post page that includes related posts. If the modal were on a standard page without related posts element, they wouldn’t appear in the pop-up page.

Is there a way to hide the related posts element in the pop-up modal while still displaying the related posts elements on the post page?

Well I found a way to design myself an element that looks like the CTA and insert a modal bouton. So I let’s say I solved it.
But if you know a way to trigger a pop up using the CTA/Ads Box Tagdiv element, I’m interested to know. If there is no way no issue..

I did several tests. I think the question is rather: If I use the CTA element, can I trigger a pop up from the button in the CTA ? (As you can see in Tagdiv the CTA button I can only paste an URL)
Same question for the Ads Box button.

Ok I followed all steps in the guide (https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/).

This is what I did. Please tell me when I’m wrong.

– Page 1 : I created a page with the Mailerlite newsletter form: https://www.captainforest.com/newsletter-evenements-captain-forest/

– Page 2 : Then I created a page to set a modal pop up with the page ID of page 1 : Trigger page load https://www.captainforest.com/pop-up-newsletter-events-fr/

– Page 3: Then I went on the page 3 (https://www.captainforest.com/sustainability-masterclass-2/#) where I want to push the subscription to the newsletter. There I added tagdiv element CTA in purple at the top of the page. In the url button (“Je m’informe”) I pasted the link to page 2 -> but opens page 2 and then triggers the pop up page -> that’s not optimal as user will leave page 3 to go to page 2 and then see the pop up
– Page 3 : I tested the following so the pop up page 1 opens in page 3. I added Tagdiv modal pop up in the page 3. Put the modal ID that I set in page 2, activated the button triger and page load trigger.. but nothing happens anyway.

What I want is when I click on the purple CTA at the top of page 3, it opens a pop up of page 1 so people subscribe.

Which step have I missed please?
