My users are complaining that they are unable to log in using the “Sign in / Join” link. When I give them the admin link, it works fine. A little help?

Anamaria, this thread appears to have been hijacked.

@voduclin1041293, please separate your issue in your own account. Thanks.

I think I just figured the author block out. (I had to create a mobile template.)

Also, I see the author block here: https://app.screencast.com/nNSBlAY9FUI9K, but I don’t want it to on this post. It does not show up on the TagDiv Editor but, for some reason, it still shows up on my phone.

@anamaria Looks like the comment above is for another issue. My last comment is above that one.

Hi Bettina –
I am unable to find any ad spaces in the templates: https://app.screencast.com/06xG48SBMYvIC

Thanks!

I’m not referring to that. I’m referring to:
this – https://app.screencast.com/qOFMEqEP0Q8Zr (header)
and
this – https://app.screencast.com/2aekR9DiFk7VX (author block)

Essentially, I want to control where the ads will (and won’t) show up in the content.

Thanks,
Ken

I am trying to remove ads from a template (the top of posts and category pages). I think they’re removed from the Home page, but they’re still showing up on other pages, even when I disable ads on a given post. How can I adjust that? Here is an example: https://libertylens.news/2023/08/zack-rackkovan/

Thanks,
Ken

(I want all the posts to have the same header as the main page.)

Are you saying that MailerLite is not supported after all? Are MailerLite Subscribers added to my site database?

Thanks,
Ken

Whatever plugin this may have come from, it is no longer enabled. How can I re-apply the correct mobile template so that these are properly themed?

libertylens

What happened to my mobile theme? It now looks like the image on the left instead of the image on the right.

I’d also like to get rid of this inner column so the menu can be the full width, but there is no trash bin to remove it.

Ok. I did that. Now I’m getting this error:

I’m setting up TagDiv Newsletter with MailerLite. The instructions told me to ensure that the JavaScript is added to every page.

I am trying to add a block of JavaScript to the header, but I can’t find the view where that would be done. For some reason I was unable to post the code here.

Looks like the same is happening with the issue around author, date, source fields. Column divisions are a problem on this article:
https://libertylens.news/2023/07/chick-fil-as-dei-policy-an-intentional-shift-to-progressivism/
https://app.screencast.com/Mj6ZOEYuIuQdX

but they look fine on this one:
https://libertylens.news/2023/07/transamerica-origins/

I’m wondering of there are two templates with the same name…

libertylens

Odd: It is showing on this article:
https://libertylens.news/2023/07/chick-fil-as-dei-policy-an-intentional-shift-to-progressivism/

but not this one:
https://libertylens.news/2023/07/transamerica-origins/

They both appear to be using the same template, and have a value populated in the user field.

Hi Bettina,
I just disabled all plugins except TagDiv, along with the cache plugin. Cleared the cache. Same result: The Source field is still not visible on both the desktop and mobile view.

I’d like to put Mobile Post Header on two lines so that it doesn’t wrap like this:
https://app.screencast.com/Mj6ZOEYuIuQdX
I can’t figure out how to add rows to the mobile template. Can you do a recording so I can see how that is done?

libertylens

Thank you!

libertylens

Hi Bettina,
I did add it there, but it still doesn’t appear on the post. The recording that I submitted above demonstrated this.

Thanks,
Ken

Do I need to add those elements on one post at a time, or can I add them once to the template for all of the posts with that content type?

Also, how do I attach a particular template to a custom post type so that it is properly applied to all new posts going forward?
