The WordPress settings are in Spanish. And of course, logically, I have cleared all types of cache. It’s a problem that has been there from the start. Like I said in my previous comment when it’s a normal post, it displays correctly, but when it’s a page, the language doesn’t display properly. The settings in WordPress are correct, and they replicate well in posts, but not on pages.
2. No. It doesn’t work. I’ve had to set them all to 500 pixels in height to be able to display them for now. But if I reduce the height of the module to 250; that is, horizontally, it gives the error I mentioned before.

I had already done it, even using the tool you recommend here https://forum.tagdiv.com/existing-content/. But it does not work.
Also, all thumbnail sizes are enabled in Newspaper -> Block Settings-> Thumbs on modules / blocks
No, it doesn’t seem like a problem with another plugin. Also, if you see the url, it’s from your theme. Includes -nothumb See: td-standard-pack/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/
Calin, I’m understanding. But it’s been more than two months since I asked you to please look at it and I haven’t received any feedback. I think my understanding (and the number of copies of your theme I’ve bought) is beyond question. This is not an incompatibility with a plugin, but with all those that use some kind of script that tagdiv composer blocks. Now I ask for your understanding.

The theme has many problems. The same thing is happening to me with other similar plugins like Stachethemes Event Calendar. The problem is the same: if you’re not logged in, you can’t see it. The plugin authors say the same as everyone else: that the tagdiv composer has a problem. Will you fix it please? I have more than ten websites working with your theme. Don’t we deserve a little attention?
Thanks for the reply. But you don’t really answer my question. I understand and it is understandable that you do not have to test this plugin, but that was not the question. The question is: does the Newspaper theme deliberately block handlebar script? Handlebar is not a script of that plugin, but a general script. That is the question, because the problem is with the Newspaper theme. When I switch to another theme, the problem disappears. The question, therefore, is: does the Newspaper theme deliberately block handlebar script?
Thanks
I have already hired a computer scientist to review it in view of the response you give me. The support is not good in my opinion. If you had at least read what I have written, you would see that everything you comment has already been done. But you put generic answers even if they tell you that this is already done. Thank you anyway.
Good afternoon. As I said in the previous comment, it had been verified that the system requirements are adequate, all the plugins have been uninstalled except those of the theme and the composer plugin has been deleted, installed and activated again, and it still does not work. It stopped working in a previous update and we haven’t been able to get it to work anymore.
FYI: I have tried this, with no success.
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
I have the same problem. When I try to add “de” in Spanish, so that it says “de abril”, (like worpress settings) it doesn’t pick it up well. It does not work correctly
j \d\e F \d\e Y (like Wp settings) returns a nonsense date

I’ve already found the bug. I’ve seen it happen to more people and it’s because tagdiv composer is incompatible with the Page redirect to… plugin. Any way that tagdiv is compatible with this plugin?
I just sent it again just in case the previous one hadn’t arrived

Any new?
I have sent you this morning
I have done what you say, but the problem persists. On the homepage, the 3 blocks (specially Nuestros Proyectos and Laboratorio de Periodismo) that I integrated from the cloud library load very slowly. They do not appear until a while has passed.
I want hide them in all the posts of the same category.
Thanks! Yes, but it does not load until have passed 20 seconds and therefore is not interactive. Would you be so kind as to take a look and see why it takes so long to load regardless of the page speed score result? Change of theme and load problem disappears. Thanks in advance
Any quick modification of css to not have to disassemble the web? Thank you
it also does not work with internet explorer 11. I have been checking and the failure occurs when using the flex module. I’ve checked it on several different websites made in part with that module. The other modules work well

What can I do?
No, it does not work. I have entered the code in advanced CSS only in Desktop. But on a mobile it also takes this code and shows te same font size. It takes it as much for desktop as for the responsive version. Take a look. DIARIO PERSPECTIVA It is the first news. In desktop shows title size 33, and the same on mobile.
/* Amplia del tamaño del titular */
.class1 .td-module-title a, .class1 a{
font-size: 33px;
font-weight: 700;
line-height: 35px;
}
FYI, caché is propertly cleared, but the plugin doesn’t work
Please, provide me an email to send user and password. The web is still in coming soon mode.
