So, you are saying that I have to design a completely different website for the mobile versions of my website if I use TagDiv’s Ppage builder? I do not have to do this with WPBakery Page Builder.

I just received an update for my Newspaper theme. Does this include an update for the WPBAKERY Visual Composer Plugin to version 6.0.5 or any new version. I have tried numerous other form plugins, some look correct but have other issues. I have switched to Everest Forms for now, but there are real issues with your theme and forms plugins. Please advise.

I am running PHP Version 7.2.18 and both GDlibrary and mbstring PHP are enabled on the server. I have the format set at video and the code for a featured video in place and Style 9 chosen for post settings and thumbnails do not show up. I can actually add a featured image and leave everything else the same and the featured image will show up for the thumbnail and the video will show on the top of the post. What gives???

I still cannot get video thumbnails to show up. Have you discovered why?

Previous to version 9, Video Featured Images worked fine, but now they are not always working and I often am forced to add an image to the Featured Image area just so there won’t be a blank space where the thumbnail should be, but the video will show correctly on top of the article.

I am not sure which of the tagDiv plugins I can use while I am using WPBakery Page Builder. Can you tell me which of the tagDiv plugins will work with WPBakery and which will cause issues.

Have you gotten the update for WPBakery Page Builder from 5.6 to 5.7 or not? It is impossible to tell in my account downloads on Themeforest what you are downloading as there are no dates or anything else to let you know when the current files were uploaded. This is very frustrating.

Am I going to have issues in the future with using my Newspaper themed websites if I stick to WPBakery Page Builder and I don’t switch to tagDiv Composer? I have purchased many plugins that work with WPBakery Page Builder and my websites have thousands and thousands of pages. Also since you can’t turn on both page builder programs at the same time, how would I ever be able to update large websites.

Also, you need to update WPBakery Page Builder to 5.5.5. It needs to stay up to date for security reasons. You are going to continue updating WPBakery Page Builder in the future, right?

You did not answer my question. In the past I could not have both WPbakery Visual Composer and tagDiv Composer active at the same time because it caused issues. Is this still true? My websites have thousands of pages and many of those pages are built with WPbakery Visual Composer so changing to tagDiv will take a lot of time.

Also, how do I know when you have allowed us to update our WPbakery Visual Composer plugin as the theme updates itself and I am given no notice about updating just the WPbakery Visual Composer plugin.

The way we update WPBakery PageBuilder is very frustrating. The theme now updates within WordPress and we are not told when there is an update for WPBakery PageBuilder. How can we get an email when there is an update for WPBakery PageBuilder.

I know how to use Yoast’s program. That is not the issue. I have over 30 sites using Yoasts SEO plugin and I have never had any issues like this with any of my websites. I just can’t figure out why all data appears and disappears constantly in my Google Webmaster Tools.

We got it. We had changed the CSS correctly but did not delete the cache and didn’t realize that it had worked.
