We have been trying the ad box option. I can get everything to work except the mobile. When I add the box to the mobile and link it to our header ad, it turns off the desktop, and tablet ads. And will only show the mobile. This is kind of where we are stuck. Not sure why adding the ad to mobile shuts the others off.
Hi, we had a similar issue, it seems we lost a number of Header Templates after updating:

Left is the live site. Right is the dev site. looks like things were removed.
Please confirm:
Are we supposed to create a global header using the cloud set up for what we used to get from the theme in that “Header Style” area.?
With the last update, they started to remove different template options. Forcing us to move to using the cloud stuff.
Please confirm?
Thanks!
Sorry, the site is: https://lodgingmagazine.com/
Takeover page that is working looks like this: https://lodgingmagazine.com/category/operations/
Post within that category looks like this: https://lodgingmagazine.com/knowland-washington-d-c-led-u-s-meetings-and-events-volume-in-march-2023/
I think I just figured it out. Switched the permalink from plain to post name and now it is appearing correctly. https://floriologydm.wpengine.com/author/rsogueco/
I checked and permalinks are set to plain.
We are using the newspaper theme. Plugins are the ones that game with it:
Genesis Blocks, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Counter. Authors were set up in the “Users” area. Only one author per post. The commas after the names are industry designations. So it is just one author set up as a user. https://imgur.com/65Ve3GW
Other articles with no designations like this: https://floriologydm.wpengine.com/?p=1014 are also going blank. When using Chrome we get a 403 error: Access to floriologydm.wpengine.com was denied. You don’t have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403
Still having this issue. We do not have any plugins installed. Author pages just go blank when clicked.
Sorry for the delay on this. Was on another project. We are not using any other plugins right now. This is for a single author. When you click on the author name, it should run a list of their articles. Right now it is doing nothing. We have the same theme set on another site and it works fine. Not sure what is stopping this one.
OK. So I I think I have done this already. I have a page set up for posts with a sidebar on it created in Composer. That is what I would have to use instead of a default post template going forward. The default template will only allow sidebars built under: appearance/widgets. Correct?
Went into a private browser window and everything worked. So how do I fix this so I can use a regular browser window and not go incognito? This is a test site which is fairly new. I have not added any extra plugins yet. Do we need to ADD a cache plug in? Not sure what is causing the issue.
I do not have a caching plug in installed. Tried clearing cache under “Quick clear all cache” Still nothing.

Hi,
Thank you, I was able to get most of the way through updating everything – child theme, theme panel settings, etc. The only part is I noticed that all of my widgets are missing now from the Widget area:
https://dev.mysite.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
I’m thinking this was somehow cleared out after doing the update? Is it possible to reimport all of the widgets or do I have to set them all up again?
Thanks!
