Thanks Bettina,

I disabled Gutenberg and the mobile theme works fine.
I will not use Gutenberg for a while, till, may be, another update is available

The plugin conflit is with … Gutenberg !

Thank you for your answer.

Indeed, as my website is a media, I can’t let the grey screen displayed to my readers. That’s why I disabled the Mobile theme.
I’ll try what you asked to and come back to you.
