When it comes to performance and optimization, they are either unresponsive or offer copy-paste suggestions. Many website owners already make these “off-the-shelf” recommendations. I wrote many times that new updates should focus on “OPTIMIZATION” but it didn’t work. I love this theme but I am among those who stopped using it because of these issues.
This is the popular problem of recent times.
Hello @edanur
Hi, I’ve been using the theme for a while. I can help you if you want 🙂
I love this theme but the development team constantly gives irrelevant advice on OPTIMIZATION and they ignore it. There are many themes with similar features to this theme and they work faster. I had to change 2 companies because 1 month Newspaper theme consumes server resources like crazy. Help team is excellent, theme features are excellent but they are not good at OPTIMIZATION.

Most users, myself included, think that the “TD composer” plugin is a performance issue and that the developers somehow did not optimize the theme and the plugin. Even if we host it on a powerful server, it does not give the performance it should. Future updates should ONLY be for performance.
After deleting and recreating the rows and columns I solved the above problem. But there is another problem; When I switch to page 2, the “big grid flex” column on the main page disappears.

Hello, I know your support time and hours. I already use my license for a single product and fulfill the license terms. Problem; You have set a license activation limit for even a single product. This is against license terms. They reactivated my license via email.
Will someone help me now?
Tagdiv team are you there? Did you cut off customer support? Here or you do not reply to my e-mail. You’re wasting my time on my project!
Is there anyone there? Why do not you answer?
Update: When I use the 1st option, when any module is changed, the desktop version is also broken. Although this option makes the desktop version responsive, it does not give freedom on the mobile side.
I know the first option but how can I set the module-ads to be seen on mobile only? When I delete any module in option 1, won’t that also affect the desktop version?
I made this option for “experimental” purposes only. I did the same document you normally send. I noticed one more thing. The same issue occurs when I cache pages in WP Super Cache plugin. In short; I cannot use any of these plugins as the mobile pages created are gone.
Wp Super Cache;

Broken

Hello Bettina; I also tried the solution suggested in the link you provided. As soon as you compress the js code, the mobile page disappears. I also tried the other links you mentioned below. I’ve been dealing with these for a week. They will work if the homepage does not have a mobile version. But if it has a mobile page, it gets corrupted.
https://www.screencast.com/t/Vc6GqYxtJ Is this a mobile page? Or is it responsive design?
I think I understood the problem. For this page, it is necessary to download the relevant design from the tagDiv Cloud Library and redesign it..
Thank you 🙂
I did it with tagDiv Composer. Is there a way to copy this into post pages?
