If fr you the situation is different, you can enable the standard pack ntill the images are regenerated.
Thank you!
Hi,
Is that plugin providing a shortcode? If so, then use that shortcode and set it using tagDiv Composer on pages and cloud template in column text, in text zone, here – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
Thank you!
Hi,
I will try to explain as clearly as possible what can be done:
– if you are using an SEO plugin, disable the schema option in the theme – https://i.imgur.com/eGr3UQF.png
– set your code in functions.php using child theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
– set the code using tagDiv Composer in column text or text with title in text zone https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
I hope it helps you.
Hi,
Did you edit the articles that came with the theme, or did you create your own?
We recommend creating your own content, as the demo content provided with the theme will be removed if you install a different demo or uninstall the current one.
If you can provide some examples of the steps you took, we may be able to identify the cause of the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
In this case, please connect to ThemeForest and download the Newspaper theme package from our account. Inside the package, locate the latest bundled version of WPBakery for WordPress.
Next, disable the current WPBakery plugin on your site. After updating your theme and other components, install the updated WPBakery plugin provided in the theme package.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide a screenshot of the problem?
Thank you!
Ok, so the image should be as it is and the above code should be applied.
The class can be set on element/row https://i.imgur.com/xmTzERx.jpeg but it should be adjusted depending on the element where it’s applied.
We can continue via email.
Hi,
If the problem wasn’t there before the CSS, the replace the code with this one:
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.single .tdm_block_image_info_box .tdm-image-description {
position: absolute;
top: inherit;
}
}
In this case the Regenerate Thumbnails plugins can be used with this option – https://i.imgur.com/QNcOp4v.png
Hi,
Yes, you can use the “load more button” pagination option. This is available on all blocks in the filter tab – https://i.imgur.com/PgzLbNG.png
Thank you!

Hi,
Please remove the above css and try this one:
@-moz-document url-prefix() {
.tdm_block_image_info_box .tdm-image-description {
position: absolute;
top: inherit;
}
}
I hope this one will provide better results!

Hi,
Yes, using the theme option to update should not affect your settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/.
However, we strongly recommend creating a full backup before proceeding—just in case something goes wrong, you’ll be able to revert the changes safely.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please use the plugin Force Regenerate Thumbnails – https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/. This one will find and regenerate all the thumbs that are enabled – https://i.imgur.com/WeRRGzj.png
Thank you!
Hi,
You can disable the lazy load option in the theme by going to:
Theme Panel > Template Settings > Image Loading
Here’s a visual reference: https://imgur.com/R4MOOy1
Also, please check if you’re using any cache or image optimization plugins. Many of them include their own lazy loading features. It’s recommended to enable lazy loading from only one source to avoid conflicts.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please do a test, create a new page, and try to add some text in it with tagDiv Composer, save it, and see if this remains empty. If so, then please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
To be sure that all thumbs are generated if those are used and those that are not used are removed, please uncheck the first option and check the second one.
Thank you!
Hi,
That option is just tuning off the animation. The lazyload will still be used if is enabled.
Thank you!
