Hi,
I see. Another possible situation is that you may have more than one folder template, where one is set as Global and another is assigned individually to a page or Cloud Template.
Please go to Dashboard > Cloud Templates: https://prnt.sc/gbjPnubKRGHl
If you have more than one template, please keep only the one set as Global active. The Global template will then be applied across the entire website.

Hello,
I have noticed that the 403 error problem when sharing on Facebook has become more and more frequent lately and does not seem to be related to a specific theme, it appears similarly on most themes.
Most likely, it is a recent change in Facebook crawlers or the way they access and validate shared content.

Hi,
This can be done using the copy-paste method. For example, if you want to copy a header, edit it, hover over the three dots, and click Edit: https://i.imgur.com/FUHR4iN.png
If you only need the Cloud Templates and want to import everything related to them, the best solution is to use the WordPress Import/Export tool and export only the Cloud Templates.
Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, you can edit the mobile header. For this, please use tagDiv Composer and edit the homepage.
Once opened, select any element on the page and switch to the mobile viewport. From there, you can customize the header elements such as the logo, menu, and search icon colors. You can also modify the row that contains these elements for example, setting the background color to white and adjusting the menu and search icons to black – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/

Hi,
I’ve just checked the site and can see that you’ve updated the block, and it is now displaying correctly. It looks like the issue was related to cached content that was still being applied.
Thank you!

Hi gmodonesi,

If you are using Cloud Templates, please make sure the required plugins are installed: tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library. In some cases, tagDiv Opt-In Builder may also be needed.

If you are still using older templates, you will also need the tagDiv Standard Pack.

All these plugins can be installed from Newspaper > Plugins.

As a best practice, please always check which theme plugins are currently in use before updating the theme, and ensure they are properly installed and updated afterwards.

Thank you!

Hi,
The zones refer to the header/content/footer zone.
Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error. The simplest and fastest way to resolve it is to use a page/template revision – https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/ (in this case will be a post template revision).

If the above solutions are not working, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the WP-admin login, as well as cPanel and credentials. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Hi,
I’ve checked the website, and it appears that the responsive header and footer are now loading correctly. However, based on your screenshots, it looks like the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin may still be installed and active.
Please verify this on your side. If the plugin is installed, kindly disable it, then clear all cache. This should resolve the issue.

Hi frenasux,
If possible, please create a full backup of the website and contact us via email with the wp-admin and cPanel access details.
Additionally, if you can enable WordPress debug mode to collect the errors in the debug log file, it would help us identify whether there is any conflict or external interference causing the issue.

Hi,
First thing is to make sure that you have all the OG data for this you can use our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
If everything is correct, then the problem is most likely related to the recent changes made by Facebook. There are also similar discussions reported by other users:

Hi,
To change/edit the fonts you need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the page/template, select the element and look for style (some elements have the style in the general tab, others have a style tab ) – https://prnt.sc/e5sTKX-LDsjAhttps://prnt.sc/_Vf3Zu3CPbrihttps://prnt.sc/N-srRA0Xq5JM

Hi,

I’m glad to hear you managed to set it up.

1. We do have documentation explaining how to configure it and how the functionality works. However, I would also like to highlight a few important points first. AMP is no longer essential and does not deliver the same benefits it did 4–5 years ago, as adoption and usage have significantly declined. In addition, the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is generally recommended only for blog-focused websites, since the customization and styling capabilities are quite limited. If your goal is to maintain the same layout and content experience on both desktop and mobile, there is no need for an additional plugin, as the theme already includes a fully responsive mobile version by default.

2. Yes, it is possible to create separate subscription plans with access to different types of content, depending on the settings applied to each article. For example, you can create a free plan that unlocks selected articles simply by requiring the user’s email address, as well as premium plans that provide access to paid content after a successful payment.

Thank you!

Hi,

Just a few follow-ups for clarification.
When you mention the “Single Post Mobile Template,” are you referring to the mobile page created with tagDiv Composer, rather than the Mobile Theme plugin?
If that’s the case, you can select the preferred size for the featured image. I believe this is the image in question and the one triggering the Google Discover notice. You may set it to 1920px, but please also ensure that the original uploaded image is at least 1200px wide. This will allow the theme to properly serve the full-resolution version of the image.

Calin

Hi,
I just checked teh website and now it appears to be ok.
Maybe the tagDiv Composer (theme plugin) was not installed/updated.
Thank you!

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

If the Full – 1920px option is selected, the full-size image will be displayed. However, this is not recommended for mobile devices due to performance and loading speed considerations.
It would be better to use a smaller thumbnail size, such as: 696 x 0, or maximum 1068 x 0
Please make sure that the selected thumbnail size actually exists. If it was not previously generated, you will need to use a thumbnail regeneration plugin. Otherwise, the full version of the featured image will be used.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please do not share the license key on the forum, as it can be viewed by other users with forum access.

Could you please provide a few more details regarding the issue you are experiencing? Are the website fonts changing automatically without any modifications being made?

If so, the issue may be related to cache settings. Please check any cache or optimization options related to fonts, as they may be configured to block or disable Google Fonts loading.

Thank you!

Calin

Hi RENATO,
I understand that this situation is frustrating.
From what I can still see, the cache does not appear to be functioning correctly. Since I do not know the exact configuration or behavior of LiteSpeed Cache (and this is not a tested plugin), I cannot confirm whether the issue is directly related to that plugin, server-side cache, CDN configuration, or another caching layer. There are multiple possible factors involved.
At the moment, the mobile page you created with fewer blocks, smaller thumbnails, and more optimized content should normally provide significantly better mobile performance. However, because the dedicated mobile version is not loading, visitors are instead receiving the responsive desktop version, which is heavier and not fully optimized.
Unfortunately, there is not much more I can assist with from the support side. I have already provided all the recommendations and guidance available, even though performance optimization and PageSpeed improvements are outside the standard scope of support. We still did our best to help, despite the fact that the support period has not been extended for more than 8 years.
If you would like this issue to be investigated further and fully resolved, I recommend submitting a custom work request to services@tagdiv.com. Please include all relevant details and temporary wp-admin and cPanel access. The team responsible for custom services will review the situation and let you know what can be done, along with the associated costs.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
If you need this featured, it can be achieved using a plugin liek this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-post-thumbnail/
Thank you!

Calin

Hi,
There are a few possibilities:
– the article is set in multiple categories
– there is a cache or object cache applied to the home or directly on the bloc

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
Yes, you can do that. The file that you should copy under the child theme is under this path: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/single.php. Make sure that you copy both files, single and loop single (the files should be set directly in the child theme, not under \parts\single).
In our guide, we mentioned how to overwrite only the standard pack templates- https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ that are in a different place.

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi gmodonesi,
Did you make sure that all the theme plugins you used before the theme update are still in use? Could you provide a link to the website?

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
Based on your screenshot, I understand that you are referring to the thumbnails used in Flex Blocks. These allow you to choose the specific thumbnail format for each block individually.
Please make sure that the thumbnail size you want to use is enabled in the Theme Panel. After that, you should regenerate the thumbnails so the required thumbnail version is properly created and available for use.
Normally, when an image is uploaded and the thumbnail size is already enabled, the thumbnail is generated automatically. However, if that thumbnail size was enabled only after the images were uploaded, the corresponding thumbnail version does not exist yet. In that case, the block will use the full-size image instead.
To resolve this, you will need to use a thumbnail regeneration plugin to generate the missing image sizes.
