Hi,
What I will recommend is to use our theme templates for the shop, which can be customized and you can also use woo shortcodes – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/
Here are some demos using the theme shop templates – https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/newspaper-prebuilt-websites/?demo-type=shop
Thank you!
Hi,
I see that it is possible that additional plugins installed on the site are consuming more resources than you currently have allocated.
What you can do is run a test using only the theme plugins to see if the problem still persists. If everything works correctly, then enable the other plugins one by one and test after each activation.
There are plugins like WPML, Revolution Slider, and others that require quite a lot of memory. In some cases, 512 MB of memory is not enough and may need to be doubled.
Thank you!
Do you set the filter, and this is not displayed? Could you provide some screenhost? Or if you prefer, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access. Let us know teh element where you want to activate the ajax category filter, and we will check it.
Hi rupeesmax,
A 500 Internal Server Error is a generic HTTP status code that indicates the web server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. This means the issue is on the server side, not related to the user’s device.
Common causes include a misconfigured .htaccess file, PHP errors, exhausted memory limits, or conflicts caused by plugins or themes.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the Social icons do not have that style; the same color will apply on all icons for both normal and hover.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Chris, yes, all blocks, elements, and anything else that uses a global color or font will automatically update everywhere that global color or font is being used whenever it is changed.
Hi Carlo,
Could you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to investigate the situation?
Hi,
I just checked the website and it appears that you have managed to resolve both requests – https://prnt.sc/Ig7GaTa3z3jb
Thank you!
Hi,
We’ll check it via email soon and reply there.
Thank you!
Ok, so you want to see the comments, for this make sure that on your single post template, you have the comments element – https://prnt.sc/ahKYS9z3caya – https://prnt.sc/5r2k5Ecn2WS3
Also, make sure that you have the comments enabled on comments and wordpress https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/
Hi,
If you want to use banners, you can use the ad box element and an image ad tab you can set separate images for each viewport in part – https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/ – https://prnt.sc/sFuGTyN9FbSh
Hi,
You got in the right place, the image was selected and now you need only to align it vertically – https://prnt.sc/-YQIQyQoJtup
Hi,
I will let our developers know about this situation, and they will check it.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you please do a test and see if the situation persists when you are using only the theme plugins?
Hi,
Is this situation persisting when you test it using only tagDiv plugins?
If the situation persists, you can enable the debug log and see what errors appear – https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/
Thank you!
Ok, now is understand the situation.
You have created mobile templates that you are using only for mobile, but you do not have a mobile header and footer, so those need to be converted, edit a mobile template and select the manager, you can convert the header and the footer – https://prnt.sc/j20mPExYC01H – https://i.imgur.com/TbDs2b2.png
Hi,
That is the ajax categories dropdown and you can enable it with the tagDiv Composer, select teh block, and under the filter tab https://prnt.sc/qAfYuYDPheOu
https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ -https://prnt.sc/qCmOZRfESaSw
Hi,
Those can be edited with tagDiv Composer, select the element and check the style tab, from there you can choose a style and colors for that style – https://prnt.sc/K4Qc6pAdbY_q
There are also other methods that can be used. For example, you could create a single post template and apply it only to a specific category, so that all articles within that category use the same template. In this case, the content locker would be added directly to the template instead of being configured individually on each article.
However, in my opinion, the first option with the partial locker would be better, faster, and easier to use.
Hi,
Most of the time, the problem is from a html tag that is not complete (si open but not close or closed but not open); therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Hi,
If this is on a page, and the results are displayed in the tagDiv Composer editor, but not on the frontend, most of the time it is related to the Unique Articles, if this is in use and those articles are already displayed in one of the above blocks then will no longer be displayed in the one you set the ID and filters.
Hi,
I believe Ether is a misunderstanding, only the pages have the option for Unique Articles and this can be set from wordpress editor (classic editor or Gutenberg) from Page Template setting – https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
For blocks, settings like offset and filters can be used https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
I’m glad! 😀
Hi,
“If I choose a smaller featured image size in the mobile template (for example, 696px or 1068px), will the theme still generate the full srcset, including the larger versions (1200px+, 1600px, 1920px), as long as the originally uploaded image is large enough?”
– as long as the thumbnail generation is enabled in the Theme Panel, it will be created automatically https://prnt.sc/I-hMNqYa2rj-
“Does selecting a smaller display size in the mobile template limit the largest image included in the srcset, or will the theme always include the full-size variants if they exist?”
– to ensure the image is at least 1200px wide, please use the 1920×0 size option. This will load the full-size image if it is under 1920px in width, or generate a 1920px thumbnail if the original image is larger, and use that version for the source.
