Hi,
From your screenshot, there are 10 errors in the console, so it’s possible that something is interfering; it could be an extra plugin or a browser extension.
If you want, we can take a look too. You need to make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us with the wp-admin access to the website. Include the link to this topic in the email to identify you faster.
Thank you!
Hi,
I also tried Liteshot, it seems to be ok, Techsmith is also ok, but the available space runs out very quickly.
We will try not to use imgur anymore, although this is very handy because it was the most practical of all that we have used in the last 6-7 years, and out of haste and habit we keep taking screenshots with this one.
Thank you!
Hi,
In about 90% of similar cases, this situation was caused by an extra plugin or browser. Please do a test using a different browser and in case the situation persists, try using only the theme plugins. If the problem is resolved, enable the extra plugins one by one and check when the problem appears to identify which plugin is causing this situation.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for the image, that section is a row that has set in it a text, a button and a background image, now if you want that section, you can get it from the layout, but it will be imported with the header template – https://prnt.sc/WdQw2hwvubWv – https://prnt.sc/RQ_QXkXKxJJn – https://prnt.sc/SQYBgi9xmgC8 I beleive is more simple to create section like that (drag a row were you wnat to have it, set on it a background image and teh elements you want to display) then edit it, if you alredy have teh header as you want it to be. (you can also copy and paste elements from a template to another, just copy the element and paste it in another template in tagDiv Composer using the right click on the element you want to have it before/after)
You canuse the cloud to import blocks, sections, cloud/header, pages, and other templates.
HI,
I see, could you edit the single post template and select the woo add to cart element, then look in the attributes tab for the color and buttons and set the border for selected elements https://prnt.sc/THzp2Wf_y6Fp – https://prnt.sc/L4POV3U4olam – https://prnt.sc/veOE85uDYlth
I hope this will help you!
Hi Alex,
Please add 2 more files to js to be excluded:
jquery.min.js
jquery-migrate.min.js
If the situation persists, please try to disable the option for removing unused css and see if the problem persists.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
I think that I know what the problem is, it uses a thumb for the image, and this, I think, is smaller 96×96 – https://prnt.sc/jVEU89qufbXg. In this situation, it is possible to be an extra plugin on your website, forcing the images to a smaller dimension to deliver an optimized image.
I just did a test on my install and for me the author avatar is changing when I change the size – https://prnt.sc/iPfS2Ea-opAK – https://prnt.sc/kn7dJDbfn39y
Hi,
I just tried to check the website and see what should be done to achieve what you need, but 360daily.com is no more – https://prnt.sc/u23Ma9K-eOqA
If you’re working on the website that’s under maintenance, please provide screenshots to help us better understand what you’d like to achieve.
Thank you!
Hi,
What you can do is to use the module builder, create the module layout as you want, and after that, replace the flex block 1 with the flex block builder element. Choose the create module, and the images will be set using the img tag rather than as background images, as they are now on flex block 1.
Thank you!
Hi thalesbrandao,
Is the mobile theme plugin used with AMP? And is this set only for AMP?
If so, the solution will be to disable the mobile theme plugin and use the Amp plugin alone. The code containing those parameters is part of the mobile theme plugin and is applied when the mobile theme plugin is enabled with the amp plugin.
Hi,
Could you please provide some screenshots with the settings you’ve made and the CSS as it is set?
Thank you!

Hi,
It appears that your website is displaying the tagDiv Mobile Theme version on desktop. This is usually related to the cache plugin the option for separate mobile cache was not enabled.
Could you please confirm if you actually want to use the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, or if you would prefer to use the responsive desktop version on mobile devices?
If you prefer the responsive version, you can simply disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and then clear all caches (including your caching plugin and browser cache).
Hi Levaire, I’m glad that it helped you!
Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. It has been added to our list, and we hope our developers will consider it for inclusion in one of the upcoming theme updates.
Hi,
You can adjust the image size using the composer on elements https://i.imgur.com/kv7h6rT.png
Unfortunately, there is no option to set a different image for retina.
Hi,
The file is on the path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_single.php, but please notice that any changes made in the file will be lost when the plugin is updated.
What exactly do you want to edit in it? Maybe there is a different way.
Hi,
Please try this css:
body .td-category-description p {
width: 75%;
color: #000000;
font-weight: normal;
}
