How to: update Visual Composer - reply

To confirm, the latest in the bundled folder for Newspaper Theme for Visual Composer is 4.3.5? This is the tested and certified correct? We still receive the update message for VC within WP dashboard FYI. The latest VC has numerous updates, will this be applied and tested soon to Newspaper Theme? This was the original topic and questions from all. Thank you for the support

Emil G, what if you need the plugin that is conflicting with the speedboost? Also we notice after activating the speedboost plugin, the post counter and ajax next post option stops functioning. There is another person reporting the same issue. After you disable the speedboost, post count works and all ajax functions basically work again. Any thoughts?

Hi, we noticed the same thing when you have the speed plugin installed that Newspaper theme recommends. This for some reason causes the Ajax to not work properly, therefore causing the post count to not work. Then ajax next post feature seems to also not function after activating the speedboost plugin. Hope that helps. But we had the same issue. Maybe the Newspaper team can look into this.
