nexttvc Thank for your reply. but I am repeating these steps from last 3 days. and only I got stuck with when tagdiv standard plugin I turn on. Please please can you check once your self. Plz I did these all I am not coming to you now but I did my research 3 days and then comes back.
nexttvc Thank you for your quick reply. I did the steps as you said, and It still has the same error. I deactivated all the plunging and just activated the TagDiv ones, but still once I activated the TagDiv Standard Pack, I got this error.
“Error establishing a database connection.”
Also The PHP I switch back to 7.4
So please if you people have time just take a look I shared the user and password. Please I am losing my job.
nexttvc hi, Please can you check? It’s not loading anything now. I am stuck. I don’t have any object cache in my hosting. I cleaned the hosting. I don’t know is the old file still there any nothing can fix this issue. almost 3 years now. I am stuck with this.

so I replate the backup one and now the website is back.
Please, can you just put this request in your next update theme that in a post like you have other options below so Add options for Ads off on any page or post we want?
Also when you will go to fix the Tagdiv Mobile plugin issue? right now I can’t use the plugin because once I activate the plugin my save theme changes options stuck. so i switch off the tagdiv mobile plugin and all works fine.

nexttvc Thank you for your reply. But Try to understand my point. I am doing the same as you showing in the screenshots.
But I mention in my earlier msg. that when I go to the cloud template and create a new page. after its got save and I close the tagdiv composer the page does not same in the cloud folder but in pages of left. so the problem is in my Cloud Templates have nothing its empty.
nexttvc Thank you so much for your kind reply. I tried to import from the cloud but as I watched the video and instructions both places show after selecting the template from the cloud it will import directly to cloud templates in the left side menu. but instead, after I save and close it goes to Pages folder.

I follow the same instructions but nothing comes in to cloud templates folder but goes direct and save as page.
nexttvc Hi Is there any luck I will get your support I am stuck with font issue and I lost 3 days of work. by restoring the backup from duplicator as you suggest. Please help I sent you already by email all the info you asked
