Hi Simon. Yes this will be a regular thing. When a new user subscribes on a paid plan, they will be able to create their own listing or ask their existing business on the directory to be transferred to them.

By the way, I tried changing to author and back to subscriber, it did not work unfortunately.

But currently, the reason is that these particular new users who purchased a plan, created a new listing but couldn’t do anything (users Ada Windows and Whitefield Windows) . Although the listing was ALREADY associated to the user in the listings page like in this image, the listing is not visible in the frontend account page and they could not access it because they were a “subscriber” user. So I am looking for ways to give access to the subscriber to edit their own listing.

To clarify, the problem is not associating the subscriber user to the listing. They are already associated. The problem is the subscriber users cannot see or access their own listings on their frontend account after creating the listing.

This is why it will be regular, as my members increases they will all have the same problem. So we need to figure out a simple way to give them access to their own listing, without admins inference in changing to “author” and then back to “subscriber”.

Let me know please

Since the update to 12.6.9 my website has slowed down, and sometimes I get a 503 error. This never used to happens, the traffic is still around the same as before. This is the system status. I’m using Litespeed Cache for the optimisation and the settings have not changes also. What could be the issue?

A similar thing happen to me too as in this post for my website. When I updated to new version I lost all my edits. Then I tried to revert to the old version (via hosting backup) and it was the same thing. I had to recreate the whole design on all pages, and then I had to reassign the cloud templates to the relevant pages. I’m concerned about this update, so I’m stayed with the previous version for now until the team develops it further.

Yes that is what I did. I rolled back to a previous state from the hosting providers backup before updating. However, it is still the same issues.

I reverted to previous version 12.6.8 and for now I am just recreating lost colors and fonts, and also re-assigning and re-designing the templates. See https://double-glazing-windows.co.uk

Unfortunately there is still issues with the new update.

The social share buttons on the blog are no longer visible. But the main issue with 12.6.9 is that when frontend user submits a CPT “domain”, the submit button is loading forever and the page is not redirecting to my designated link (but I still receive the users submission in the backend). User doesn’t know this of course so they cannot proceed to payment with paypal (a custom link I made for one-time payments.

This issue does not exist for me on 12.6.8 so for now so I will wait until you fix the bugs before updating as I lost a lot of things and I have other licences on my other websites which I don’t want to experience the same issues.

Thanks for now.

Anamaria – I sent an email with login details.

Seneca – I did a rollback to but it did not fix the problem, all fonts, colors, assigned cloud templates are messy :/

I see. Thanks for that information, I will keep it in mind for the future as I’m sure it will be useful. The migration did not copy the database for some reason, although it was supposed to but it is no longer available.

Hi Anamaria, see this link to the page I’m referring to:
Double Glazing Windows – Fenestration Surveyor

So when the user clicks on the “directions” button, it should open a new Google Maps tab and show the directions to the address as per the “full address” custom field.

I just sent the emails for this ticket and my other ticket. Thanks

Also, when I try to register without filling in the details, it does not even produce the errors. Just nothing happens :/

Thanks Anamaria. Actually I wanted to use the Cali Sight “post listing” for the layout and design. The link you provide is not working can you send it again?

The error I’m experiencing is “You already have an active subscription!” when user tries to buy another plan to create second listing

Oops I meant this is the standard template: https://prnt.sc/Jv50u3UhI6qb

And this is the customised blocks BEFORE making it a posts page as you say: https://prnt.sc/p5rcGqXXOEQ6.

So as soon as I make it a Posts Page, it reverts to the standard template.

Yes that is what I did.

I created a page called “Articles”. I customise it with cloud library blocks. It looks like this for example: https://prnt.sc/Jv50u3UhI6qb

But when I change the posts page on settings>readings>Posts page to “Articles”, the green button “Edit with TagDiv Composer” button disappears and the appearance reverts to default layout and does not show my customise design. It looks like standard template again when I set the post page to my custom design: https://prnt.sc/p5rcGqXXOEQ6

With the post page set to “Articles”, it says “TD Composer is disabled on Posts page” and does not permit me to edit the page via the cloud library. See this link: https://prnt.sc/cJiaBgRzfjuA.
Again the appearance becomes just a standard layout despite that I customised it prior to setting it to Posts Page.

Hi, I’m trying to add a custom button link that will open the modal login form. I tried to follow the instructions you provided in the thread:

– I add this code to a column text:

I also added the css as you mentioned above, however its not working. What does the code reference? page ID, modal ID??

The button shows, but it just adds “#login-form” to the url and nothing happens.

Thanks

see the screenshot links below. As I explained sometimes theheadings show and sometimes it does not show. The affected pages are changing all the time, even when I am not editing anything. So I don’t understand why it’s happening. But anyay, at the time of the screenshots, these were the affected pages.
