Sorry, is because of my messages in which I spoke about two different problem:

I must remove the TagDiv Mobile theme and the AMP Plug-in too. They were in coflict. Now I have the old mobile-page that I create for page of the website that I don’t know how to show instead of the automatic cloned content of the page for the mobile.

Here you can see the “City” logo and the imported menu, but I modified it with the creation of the mobile menu. When I click in “Edit with TagDiv composer” the menu is correct. Anyway I would like to see this page when I use the mobile.

I see the same problem in the header cloud template: when I tried to modify the template in backend, in the front end nothing change.

I tried to go to:

Theme Panel>Template settings>Blog and post template> Custom sidebar + Position>Create a new sidebar.

I tried to create a new sidebar. When the upload of the sidebar from the Cloud Templates is done and saved the sidebar doesn’t appear in the list of my cloud templates.

Now the contents of the sidebar appear under the post loop.

I solved the problem with the menu. I managed to set an header from cloud.
But the image of the logo of the cloud menu doesn’t desappear with my logo uploaded even if I toggle the selecion from the options and often the live visualization of TagDiv Composer doesn’t work and the composer crash down.

Moreover I would like to remove or reduce the black row in the screenshot and I can’t to cancel it or to reduce or to change its color.

Another thing: the sidebar on articles doesn’t appear though I set every option to activate it. This problem is linked to the first here upper?

If you accept some kind of exchange of license, do you assure me that I will can change the position to menu voices extend the useful area and that I will expand the footer full width?

In your demos there are not image with full width layouts, it’s true. But there is not any kind of clarification about it, instead there is the clarification of the presence of WP Bakery plugin. Who knows these plugin knows also that there is the possibility to stretch the raw in every way. Beyond the images in the demo it should be better to add everywhere, over all before the purchase, the specific that despite the WP Bakery is bundled the theme has some (not evident) limitations, without this clarification there is the possibility to waste lot of time trying to know it.

Anyway: if your other theme support the full width, instead of to refund the purchase before, could you swap this license on themforest from this Newsmag theme to Newspaper theme? Or something similar faster solution.

Really? What do you mean with “for the moment”? I need It now and I paid for It. I didn’t know any kind of WP Theme without this default option. If you have not the possibility to create some CSS code or any other thing to unlock this parameter I must ask to you a refund in order to re-buy an another theme from an another author. “For the moment” is just too much time for my project timing. I lost too much days trying to make the website full width, an action that needs two minutes usually, less or more. I can’t wait anymore.

The WPBakery didn’t work and other parts of the theme too. Anyway I follow your suggestion about a potential error and I reinstalled everything, there was a problem between my client FTP and the upload to the database that corrupted some files and generated the problems.

I’m trying to make all the website with every pages and articles full width to fit everything to the borders, the voices in the menu too and the row of the footer too, usually is very fast and easy to do it, but here I can’t find the way.

Could you help me, please?
