Can you also change the API URL from https://twitter to https://x please? When you click on the X icon to share an article, it directs to the twitter URL.. It still works for posting on X but that should be changed I think.

Alto the tooltip when you hover on X icon says “Twitter”..

When Both Mobile Theme plugin and Amp Plugin installed & activated:

1. If we choose the “Mobile only” option in the theme panel Mobile theme settings -> Mobile phones will see the mobile template without the AMP benefits & without the ?amp=1 parameter.

2. If we choose the “Mobile + AMP” option in the theme panel Mobile theme settings -> Mobile phones will see the mobile template with the AMP benefits and with the ?amp=1 parameter.

3. If we choose the “AMP only” option in the theme panel Mobile theme settings -> Mobile phones will not see the mobile template but they will see the pages with the AMP benefits and with the ?amp=1 parameter?? (can you confirm this?)

So if I use only mobile, you say “then you’ll never have amp on mobiles.” does that mean: I’ll have the mobile template on mobile phones but that will not be an AMP version of the mobile theme, am I understanding it correctly?

+1 for this implementation. There should be either a toggle in the tagDiv Composer that says “Show all the hidden elements on the page” or as the OP suggested the hidden elements should be greyed out.

It is very frustrating to deal with customer support on email as they did not understand my question or they just ignored a simple request. The situation is simple:

I am not trying to use the theme on multiple domains or projects. I just need to use it on two domains as you allow. 1 is a development website and the other is the live website.

I just bought the theme 5 days ago.

I need you guys to enable the activation on 2 domains (one is live and one is development website) and I wrote the names of the 2 domains I need to activate license in my email to support.

Calin from support just says “no you cannot use the theme on many websites, you have to wait 30 days to unassign a domain.”

I tried the theme on 4 domains before settling on a final domain name in the last 4 days. I have overrode the other two sites that I will not use the theme, so I cannot access them anymore, they are not live, they don’t exist anymore. , so I cannot deactivate or unassign them. You can deactivate the remaining sites on your end.

I just need you guys to enable the theme on 2 domains (1 development and 1 live), and I cannot wait 30 days for this. Can you please ask Calin from support to fix this, this is a very easy issue.

I need to make the website live asap. This is really frustrating.

Hi Bettina,

Do you mean that if I reset the key from all instances and delete the theme, even the unassignable (due to the 30 days rule) copies will become assignable again (so it will bypass the 30 days rule?)

I have another issue related with this though, can you please help?

I bought the theme 5 days ago and been testing it on 2 (dev + STG) non-public domains, and I didn’t know about the 30-days unassign rule.

So I bought a new public domain and realized that I cannot unassign & assign to the new domain. I sent an email to contact@tagdiv yesterday but this is kind of urgent. (so I’ll use the theme in 2 copies but one of them is assigned incorrectly.)

Can you please help me with that? (I provided all the details & licence no etc in the email, so maybe you can find it using my tagdiv support username/email).

Do you think it is possible with the elements we have in the tagDiv Composer or the nice looking menu I sent is maybe done by another plugin like Max Mega Menu plugin?

3. Is Max Mega Menu plugin compatible with Newspaper theme & Cloud templates? (I think I can use it by shortcodes of the max mega menu plugin?)

So,

1. Do you mean the text tips like “The text logo is used only by Style 9, Style 10 and Style 11” in the Admin Panel -> Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Header menu is related with the now-deprecated Standard Pack plugin?

2. You sent a page that shows adding a logo to the page using a tagDiv Composer from the frontend. There is also an option to add a logo from the Admin Panel -> Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Header menu. So are you saying I should change the logo from the frontend tagDiv composer AND NOT from the Admin panel?

3. Should I use the frontend tagDiv Composer to change all aspects of the website or ARE THERE SOME options necessary to be set from the Admin Panel -> Newspaper -> Theme Panel? (e.g. post/page layout options, theme fonts, analytics code etc.) Can you give a detailed answer to this if possible.

4. I have installed the tagDiv standard pack, should I disable it or are there some scenarios that I will need it?

I cannot find any menu/option that allow me choose “choose style 1, choose style 2 etc” for header, footer etc in theme panel settings.. For example, how do I choose style 2 for header??

Hi Bettina,

Thank you for the info. I’ve uploaded new images from the media menu and now the theme registers & resizes for those missing two sizes. Cool!

One problem that still persists however though (for the mobile theme), is that when I check the mobile site on Page Speed Insights, the image size alt-tags are properly written as 265×198, but the image src is the 485×360 version. Is there a way to prevent this?

Btw, do you have a recommended full image size to upload? (so that it will be big enough and it will be a versatile size for auto cropping/resizing).

In your screenshot I see that the full size image is 1068×712. Will that be the ideal size for uploading an image or e.g. 1920×1080 would be better.
