And just so I’m clear. When you say homepage template, do you mean exporting using the theme panel? Or do you mean copying the shortcode from the WordPress page composer? I’m assuming the latter.

Just so I’m super clear. Can you explain what the Import/Export in theme panel is supposed to make a copy of related to the site? Does this information contain the layout? (the elements added, colors, fonts used etc)? If it does not, what is the best method to use if this is what I’m trying to do?

And the shortcode that each page produce and you see when viewing using the WordPress
page composer what does that contain? How are these two ways different?

The ad image? Yes. It’s there. Why is shows up broken I have no idea. Both installs are using the same template and all the included content. The only difference is the main one layout is different. I’m trying to copy this layout to the other sites with the exact same everything.

Also let me correct my second response. I tried two different methods of import/export. First I tried using the Theme Panel “Export/Import”. When I did this, thats when I got different font sizes, headers would be missing etc. The second method I used was the one you mentioned above. Using WordPress composer and copying that code and pasting it. Thats when I got the broken images etc as you see in the image.

I looked at this again, its two specific areas that were left out. Any spot showing “spot_img” the image is broken. I think this is tied to the Adbox Element. And one other section where I have a “single background image” element showing (where its supposed to show a bunch of logos next to one another). Instead of showing what its supposed to, its pulling random images from the mega menu and placing them there.

Sorry let me be more clear. I just made a new install of wordpress as a multisite. On the main site I installed the theme and template I wished to use. All I changed was the layout. No images. No added code. Just the layout. I didn’t import any new blocks or anything. I just moved around what was on the screen.

After I went to one of the sub-sites, installed the same theme. I went to the first install, copied what I created for my home page (as you showed above), then imported it to the sub-site. I made sure I selected all and copy/paste it. When I looked at the subs-site page the fonts were different, images were in the wrong area, and sections were missing.

I just tried using this method and it didn’t work for me. Layout is different and images are placed in the wrong spots. I haven’t done any special css or images outside of what comes with the template.

Wow. I mean, this is sorta basic. Why not have that? Well is it another method of doing it using css and html within the theme without editing code?

Click the hamburger icon on the far right of the tagDiv Composer. But do it on the page the articles are showing.

Nevermind I found it. Weird place to have it tho.

No, the line is still there. It’s coming from the sticky menu. Right now its stretched across the entire screen. If I choose to have it the same size as the content, that outline remains.

It’s two ways that I know of. I’m not support. I’m just helping out because support has been super slow around here.

1. From the Home Page click Edit with TD Composer (Top Menu).
2. In the Composer (Shows on the left side of screen) Click The 3rd Icon from the left labeled Header.
3. In the Header Manager you can Import A New Header. Which gives you different choices from the online cloud.
4. Once you Load that Header you can edit the different elements on the right side of the screen as you see fit then click save in the composer menu (left side of screen)
The other way is on the Backend. Same principle, but a different way to access.

1. Left Menu > Click Cloud Templates.
2. Will show you a list of headers you have already. First one being the one you loaded the demo data with (if you did chose import demo).
3. Click Edit
4. Click TAGDIV Composer Button Right under the Template Title.
5. Gives you the same options as I listed in the first list. The difference here is, you will only see the header. You won’t see the rest of your site. You will have to make edits, save those edits and click close. It will take you back to the admin backend. Click Update then bring up the site from the main menu.

I think they need to streamline this a little better but I learned this from a bunch of mistakes.

Ok after playing with it a while, it seems that the post loop module isn’t working with the recipe template. Can you test it out?

I’ve done this. I also created a test install that had nothing else installed whatsoever. Just wordpress and your template. Same issue. Will seem to work for a min or two, then stop.

Agreed. Same issue here.

Having the same issues in all browsers (IE, FF & Chrome). Loading of pages very slow, Save Changes button works 20% of the time, LIVE changes will stop in middle of refreshing itself. Been stuck a few days on this. Host is fine, my internet connection is fine. It’s definitely the install of this template and TD Composer.
