I was looking in the wrong place. I expected the list to be in the sidebar on the actual page edit similar to the other social icons that your footer template uses.

I noticed that the list is very different to the one you had directed me to. How do I get Instagram in there?

Also, instead of the + sign to expand, how do I always make them visible?

Do you think I create these videos of your theme failing for fun? No, I invested in your product because I want to use it as part of my business. I am in business to make money, and I don’t wish to waste time creating long and detailed questions for you to simply brush me to one side.

I have now installed your theme THREE TIMES so to get around your bad coding; this means that I have started from scratch, from the very beginning, three times.

I haven’t even gone live yet, and I purchased your Newspaper theme in August!

The penultimate time I had to start again was because you did NOT answer my question that I had asked about SEVERAL TIMES; I was not able to save or delete an element in the element sidebar. I showed you in a video (twice), but you didn’t provide an answer. Again, I do not make these videos for fun. You tried to answer, but it was completely out of context, and I felt brushed to one side because I think you are too lazy to answer in depth and/or you didn’t have a fix (probably both!).

Another VERY important issue that you still did not answer correctly was how to use one of your cloud templates. Yes, your example looks nice, but you failed to show me exactly how to edit the same template so it is published correctly. Your answer was complete and utter rubbish. I asked for a quick video to show me, but no, your laziness and lack or understanding stopped you.

I paid for support, and I expect decent answers from you, not avoidance. Do you understand?

I have avoided not contacting you since I read your reply one week ago, but I feel I shouldn’t have to avoid my supplier whom I paid good money to, for their product AND included support. You have caused much stress with your lack of helpful answers, and that has affected my time and bottom line, profits. Again, I am in business. I don’t make these videos and provide long and detailed questions (to help you!) for fun. Far from it.

Please point me to the page which refers to Critical Errors. I showed you two videos of ONLY tagDiv plugins active and another video with ALL plugins inactive, but when I activated tagDiv Composer (in both videos), I got a critical error message. This points to your theme because the website worked fine without that one plugin.

I am not far off leaving a review on Theme Forest.

The stress you have caused me is horrendous!

Haha, no. I am talking about saving and deleting elements… in the sidebar.

I cannot save an element or delete an element. That is why I am asking if there is somewhere I can go to see them all so I can delete them. I can’t find anything in WP or your theme panel. Again, is there a page similar to posts, pages and templates where I can also see Elements? It’s doubtful, but thought I would ask. Where do you keep them? Is it all inside a PHP script? (not that I like tinkering with code anyway).

In the meantime, I will create a backup and send you access. I don’t wish to upload videos because they’re not private.

I already know how to delete an element on the page, thanks.

Why is one template deleting an entire row of FB5’s elements and another template adding a row of FB5’s elements? They both go around in circles, as do my questions on here, haha.

I am unable to delete them because your system has so many bugs. Is there somewhere else I can see them outside of the sidebar?

Okay so, here’s what happens. When I re-add the missing element into the global category homepage template, the main homepage template re-adds the element I want to delete.

In another support ticket, I was recommended that I use Flex Block 5 because I wanted to use a set of 12 Loops (1-12), but lower down the page the copied element with 13-24 didn’t work, and nor did 25-36, and so on.

So, I recreated what I needed with Flex Block 5. As mentioned at the top of this ticket, I haven’t been able to save the element (or delete other saved elements), and so I have been copying the row and pasting it in. There’s nothing wrong with using the copy-paste process. So, all sets of 12 posts work fine and continue on as I want right down the page (1-12, 13-24, 25-36 etc.) Great!

I am using the same method of copy & pasting from one template to another template because I can’t save the element.

Both pages work fine except for the very last element located just above the footer, on both pages. Again, one element reappears and one element is being deleted…

Yeah, this theme is driving me up the wall. There are so many bugs in it.

I seem to be going around in circles performing tasks I had previously done. I keep deleting an element at the bottom of the homepage, but after a few minutes it returns. It’s the same with the Global category home template, too; I add an element and it disappears.

One template keeps re-presenting an element and one template keeps deleting an element.

I am trying to trace my steps as to when it happens: I view the Sports category homepage (a global template) and then, when I visit the main homepage, the deleted element reappears at the bottom of the page. I haven’t come across when the category global template loses the element.

It’s pure madness.

Is there a page within your system where I can see a list of my saved elements? (similar to categories, posts and Could templates).

If so, it will be easier to manage them from there.

I just restarted my MacBook, and I still can’t delete or save anything. Grrrr

FYI – I have placed an image / ad in between each of the elements (3×4=12 posts). I can’t see why that would stop them all from working with Offset.

I just set section 1 to Offset 13 and it worked, but unfortunately all of the other elements down the page look the same.

So, it’s telling me that I can’t add my saved element and continue with Offsetting, I have to created a separate set of 12 Post Loops.

Is that correct or can I get around that without creating more saved elements of the same thing?

UPDATE: I just tried that. I created 5 of the same element, changed the Offset for each one and saved each of them, but that idea didn’t work ??‍♂️

Yes, I had selected that several times for the sticky, but I honestly think there is a bug in the system because the header keeps on changing font colours, the sticky menu continues to disappear by deselecting itself and now the font colours in the top bar are changing.

This is a brand new install just from two weeks ago, and I know I am new to this, but I’m becoming very frustrated because I am spending too much time fixing things that decide to change on their own accord just a few hours later.

The amount of overall time spent on the theme has allowed me to learn so much about it, and so I don’t consider myself too much of a newbie anymore.

Please can you acknowledge the list of bugs and perhaps guide me to finding a solution? What are other users saying?

Annoyingly, I make a change to my homepage template and low and behold the second sticky menu keeps on reappearing even though I have gone into the header template and deleted it. Upon returning to the header template, it is there again! It seems to be an endless cycle.

Hey, something is wrong. I just made a few changes to the homepage. I added a row, saved it and then refreshed the page to view. I do this every time I make a change, but this last time it added a second sticky menu.

So, now I have two empty bars going along the top of the page. I didn’t touch the Manager and I didn’t open the header template.

What’s happening? There seems to be a bug somewhere.

UPDATE: Okay so, I just opened up the header menu, and there it was, the second sticky menu. Why would it suddenly add itself? This tells me that the bug in the system also deleted the menu items mentioned in my original posts here.

Many thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, none of what you sent me helped because I am not wanting to use Gutenberg to create a post 🙂

When I create a new post, I am taken to Gutenberg whereupon I scroll down to select one of your templates (or one of my own), but nothing happens. I don’t see any layout after selecting the template; it’s still a blank Gutenberg page. I am expecting to see Single Post Template 62 from within Gutenberg.

How do I place text and images if the template doesn’t load?

It’s okay, I found the issue. The images were all set to extra small. Is that the default even though there is a medium default?

PS – On a completely different topic, how do I upload an image to my profile page here in the tagDiv forum? It says that I am on the Edit page, but clicking on the green logo doesn’t activate anything 🙂
