Hello,

I followed this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/

I’m using the Events Calendar Pro plugin and can’t get the tribe_events post_type to display in the blocks via the tagdiv page builder. Im using Child theme and created a single-tribe_events.php.

It seems to me some details are missing.

Regards,

Richard.

I’m looking to update from version 9.5 to the latest. Can i do that directly or do i need up update the last one first?

I installed the Evato plugin from github and it does not detect that the newspaper theme is installed. It detects that I have purchased the themes but not installed.

That is great news indeed. Much appreciated.

Ok, but surely there should be an option for switching it off on the author page? If you switch it off for the other blocks why would you want it working for the author page?

Options for this would be much appreciated.

This is switched off, and yet I still get the Comment count on the Author bio block. This should not be happening according to your link.

It really helps to use MariaDB also instead of mySQL. Im using a VPS with 2Gb memory with MariaDB and it works just fine. (Note here that I have 8 other WP running of the same space). Im getting roughly 95 for both mobile and desktop (pagespeed insights). Note: You cannot add additional plugins however besides the recommended ones, because they really slow down things if added.

I found i get around 15% speed saving by minifying CSS on desktop.

Also the mobile app is necessary (despite in the guide saying its not needed) due to speed.

Yes, it would certainly help if TAGDIV team added an additional field for the secondary code snippet.

I did as Ducacordero stated, put the Google tag manager code in the AMP template. Its only one file edit.

TEAM note .. this is a request. Note also that Google now recommends that everyone use tag manager for implementation of GA code.

I implemented with google tag manager and it worked.

Tag manager has a specific option for tracking AMP pages. Identical setup just choose AMP.

I can not edit the Recent articles on the Home page – blocks at the bottom of the page on the default theme demo content, at the bottom, nor the block on the right.

Upper 3/4 of the home page i can edit

Weird.

Got it working now. Not sure what was wrong. I noticed on pagespeed mobile speed dropped from 78 to 69 when adding Mailchimp form via TD Newsletter.

🙁

I have resolved this issue. Besides the php.ini on the server, the service I use keeps these common php.ini settings in memory, (I use runcloud.io). Therefore had to alter the php.ini via settings panel there.

I’m using the default Newspaper 9 theme.

I’ve fixed all of them but this one, the same technique (just adding the s to http in the upload url specified, did not work)

jquery.min.js?ver=1.11.1:4 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://xxxxxxx.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://xxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/8.jpg’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

I removed the image from the folder via ftp, – this was after deleting it from the footer background and clearing the cache. It still requested it for some reason.

(index):1 Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://xxxxxxxxx.com/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://debrecentoday.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/8.jpg’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.
(index):2602 GET https://xxxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/8.jpg 404

Actually it seems to be all the logos – variations retina etc, that I uploaded via the theme panel that are insecure.

Rikk

hmmm, it seems to be the favicon that is not https secured, strange considering i uploaded it via your Newspaper theme panel?

Rikk

yeah im getting the the more info “i” in the address bar of my website saying that its not entirely secure due to images.

I have exactly the same problem. Theme status not reflecting changes to php.ini file.
