The point to be noted is that this issue only happened on Newspaper theme based site, our other sites using other themes with the same wordpress landscape and wordfence firewall settings did not have this issue.

We isolated the issue through disabling all the plugins and figured out it was Wordfence plugin causing an access block to Gutenberg editor for adding or editing posts. Setting wordfence firewall rules on Learning mode and then restoring it to Enabled and Protection mode fixed the issue. Thanks for assistance.

Did you try to access the site through a smartphone browser instead of a dev tool/simulator ? Not sure why wouldn’t the image load specifically for you.

Still doesn’t work for mobile (Smartphones) on chrome, safari. It works for desktop & ipad.

It fixes it on desktop browsers, makes it worse on mobile version (Safari, chrome, others). Please check and suggest solutions.

Home page dark top should like like the home page dark top of video news demo. We have selected row strech option of the block row in composer, we still have a white background band between menu and block row as you can see at the top of our home page.

We did apply stretch row in row properties through composer and changed color similar to the footer, though it still leaves a white band between the top menu and block 6 at the beginning of the home page.

twitter counter has started working for us.

Same problem, we have tried to update social counter plugin from the links, updating the widget didn’t help twitter counter. If there is a lag in update, we will let you know if it works.

Tried everything including resetting the master settings from Theme panel, reinstalling the theme and plugins a few times, clearing the cache and other settings. Nothing works.

Had to restore the backup to get things going for now. Something is messed up in Theme config/code as the theme panel hangs while saving any settings for footer/ads etc..

While the Theme version is 8.7 with associated plugins re-installed, theme panel still shows 8.6 and suggests to update theme with plugins. Could it be a caching issue ?

We can set up a temp login for you to investigate and fix the issues ASAP instead of experimenting with your theme’s code/config & endless re-installs.

Done that, it didn’t fix the issue. Any other suggestions ?

Still not sure how the entire footer content would slip out of the container without us making any code or config changes at our end !

So are we, we have reinstalled td-composer plugin through the theme panel and tried everything else, and still shows the blank screen with the rotator. This looks like the backend issue for tagdiv to investigate since nothing has changed at our end. We have opened another ticket for footer width and formatting issue, these 2 could be related.

Awaiting tagdiv experts to respond.

We are trying to change the font color of all the raw html links in this section to light grey (newspaper default) with hover color to blue.

Just checking if the issue was addressed with the solution mentioned. We are experiencing a similar issue in TDC for text with title element, it is not saving any content.

It was working just fine until a few days ago, no plugins or settings have been changed.

We are trying to align WPform’s form with the color coding and fonts of Newspaper (black) theme. Example: Dark grey Fonts in the black background (text boxes) as against the current view. Check out the form in footer section of https://www.latidune.com.

The form has a CSS class setting, would like to know if there is any specific CSS class of Newspaper theme that can be leveraged in WPForm’s CSS class setting instead of adding custom css code in theme panel. Thanks.
