Hi again,

I had already tried doing all the things suggested. I redid the steps though just in case I had missed something, and I still have the issue.

Literally deactivated ALL of my plugins, deleted the mobile plugin, redownloaded it from Themeforest, deleted cache, reinstalled it, tried to activate it, but it still won’t activate.

I believe I have v 7.5. Is that not the latest version of the theme?

I’m still having issues with VC after deleting and reinstalling from plugin folders because the VC version I have in plugins is 4.3.5 instead of 4.4.1.

It won’t let me update to VC without the license key, which I am not sure of how to find.

It is working now thank you.

I’m still having a problem with the twitter count displaying 0 followers, even after updating the social plugin to 2.7.

Thanks for your input Chris. I am aware of the case sensitivity, and made sure that it is in correctly.

I’m using 4.6.1 version of the theme, but the tagDiv social counter plugin says version 2.1. There isn’t an available update for it either.

The only counter I am having trouble with is the Twitter, which now says 0 followers after I retyped the user name into the configuration.

I have it appearing, but now how do I have it display the month, day, and time?

Awesome. Thanks so much!

I was also wondering if there is a way to exclude a single category from displaying in the slider.

…I couldn’t see the arrows, so I was wondering if there is a way to customize the arrows.

Thank you! The bylines are now showing on posts, but not on the homepage. Is this still possible? —I can’t find where to edit the modules.

I am referring to the screenshot that you linked to.

I would ideally want bylines to appear on these two locations for posts: http://www.screencast.com/t/CyFjunsTwk7 and http://www.screencast.com/t/WqoLJo5NzN.

Is that possible, or can it be in the very near future?

That did not work. I have NextGEN albums on each tab, so when I click it displays one of the NextGEN gallery. When You get into the gallery view it’s not possible to click the tab of the album.

Ok, I was wondering if there is a way to prompt new mobile visitors to do it for them?

That worked thank you.

I was able to recover the missing images, but the homepage is displaying images that don’t fill the frame.

For example: The smaller images to the right of the Big Slider are not filling the whole box. I’ve checked the size of the pictures and they should be large enough.

Thank you! Now the site is actually responsive. But I am having the previous issue where images that are featured pics attached to posts are not regenerating. I’m getting this message when I try to regenerate:

“01415470” (ID 94996) failed to resize. The error message was: The originally uploaded image file cannot be found at /homepages/1/d488799202/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/01415470.jpg

I don’t am not sure of the homepages directory. I’ve never seen it before.

I had deactivated the plugins. But now the website is unresponsive and the only thing that displays period is that error message.
