Hi,
That happens because the theme limits the height of the thumbnails on smaller devices
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zAj1ZuDOQq1
The same thumbnails from the desktop version are used, but adapted for smaller devices.
The theme is responsive and automatically does this for all elements on the page based on device (screen width). This is not a bug, it will not cause any problems of any kind.
Thanks
Hi,
There are elements that you can use for images too, like the single image or image box
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/image-box/
Text can be entered in text columns or text with title elements

Hi,
Yes it seems to work only on the homepage. Remove the previous code and enter this one, it will apply on all the website (post page, category page etc)

.td-header-style-9 .td-logo-wrap-full {

Hi,
That can be caused by caching plugins. In this case the counter may not display accurate information. Try to clear all caching installed and check if the data is refreshed.
Maybe if you added that code, it is causing this to happen. Try removing it and see if this has any effect.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme does not interfere with the plugins functionality, all the options should be present. I believe this option has to be activated in the group settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jDXSrcjFSV1N
Than would allow to set a group avatar
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yEAiZJMDIb
Thanks
Hi,
In the post page there is an option to display a post subtitle
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LzBDz5ysgUxs
Block modules (not all of them) display excerpts of the post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kQRAbgIWJq
If this is not what you wanted to know, please provide more details about what exactly you would like to do, for a better understanding.
Thanks
Hi,
If you could provide a link to your website where the problem is happening, we will inspect the issue and try to find out what is causing it.
Thanks
Hi,
If the mailchimp newsletter plugin has a shortcode, that can be used in the mobile page editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Q7StAsmEE
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5L7gy7ApHd8
The form should be displayed in the mobile page content

Hi,
It would be helpful if you could maybe provide a link to your website, or provide admin login information by email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can take a look. Hopefully we can identify what exactly is causing the paragraph spacing problem.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
Please go to your plugins section, and deactivate the tagDiv composer. This composer was introduced in version 8, and it is activated automatically when the theme is installed or updated
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Deactivate this editor and check if the problem is solved. When both editors are active, some Visual composer elements are affected by the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hi,
Please provide more details about the issue, what exactly happened. Try to remember what recent changes were made, or plugin installed. The option to edit the pages should not disappear all of a sudden, something caused this to happen.
Thanks
Hi,
Or you can simply disable the post views in the theme panel, they will not be stored anymore, and also clear the fields in the database with existing post views information
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tMRnx4qxiqDy
Be sure to make a backup or export of the database just to be safe, before you start deleting.
Thanks
Hi,
@rumbilo There is no problem in this case. According to the Envato license the theme can be installed on one end product, so there is no violation here

Thanks
Hi,
There is a limit for the sub-categories in the mega menu. Please follow this topic if you would like to change this

Thanks
Hi,
I found this topic on the same subject

Hi,
Please try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching. Deactivate and delete the mobile plugin, and install it again from the theme package. Then check if the error is still present. Let us know the results.
If you use an older version of the theme follow this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-message-on-mobile-phones/
Thanks
Hi,
That is the theme modal for the login/register. There are no options to change it or add a different modal window, if that is what you mean. You can only change the background
– https://www.screencast.com/t/q53V9sXytmtL
The images in the post will also be opened in a modal widow
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
Thanks
Hi,
The theme does not have any options for setting a landing page, at the moment. When the user logs out, the homepage will be displayed.
This could only be changed by modifying this functionality in the theme, or by setting a redirect maybe, to a different page.
This is where the top menu logout is defined in the theme
– https://www.screencast.com/t/POyNRxeKZSA
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, but I do not see this blue background that you mention
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IGcI7Uf6JDK
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mvzmguDwjZTt
If you could provide more details about the circumstances the issue is happening would be very useful. So we can see the issue and try to find out what is the cause.
Thanks
Hi,
You could set the same color when hovered for this icon as well, like the rest of the icons
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SvWulv38
This is the code for this, if you decide to use it
.td-social-icon-wrap:hover .td-icon-font {
color: rgba(64,110,135,0.9);
}
Thanks
Hi,
Maybe there is a different way of doing what you want, without affecting the thumbnail quality, or in any other way. If you could provide more details about what you are trying to do, and a link to your website, we will take a look. We will try to give you a different solution if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
If the theme system status is properly set, there should be no problem of this kind. The tagDiv composer is fully tested and created specially for this theme.
Do not try to edit pages created with Visual composer, this can result in problems. Create new pages and edit them with this editor and everything should work as intended.
If you already tried and there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can take a look.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hi,
The sidebar can be removed for each post, in the post edit screen
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KadhJsPv
The post will occupy the full width available, when there is no sidebar set.
Pages can be built the way you want, with the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Please let us know if you need further help, or have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
The links color is inherited from the theme accent color
– https://www.screencast.com/t/r0q1z95AHW9g
If you would like to change it for the post content only, you could try a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/lhZEcFhhfBIG
Use the color you want in the code if you decide to use it, then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td-post-content a {
color: yellow;
}
Thanks
