Hi Ana, hope all is well.

We went over the links you shared.
We have tried everything nothing works
1) OPCache enable/disable does not do anything.
2) Changing PHP max execution time does not work either

Enabling Cloud library plugin maxes out RAM and CPU, as soon as it is disabled, the website comes back.

We have already emailed you 4-5 days ago when you first asked, please ask someone to take a look.

Sorry, missed this one. we were on PHP version is 8.0.3, we tried to go back to PHP 7.4 and 7.3 and still the issue was there.

We just came to PHP version 8.2.13 and then tried to turn on the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin.

Site went down, resources went to 100%. Found these errors in log file:

Also, we are on Plesk.

We tried rolling back to version 12.5.1 as well and same problem.
Further investigation we found this error in the log as soon as we turn on the TagDiv Coud Library plugin:

This error we got was when we rolled back the theme to 12.5.1

Team, we need a fix please.

Even in the latest theme update it has not been fixed.
It is a revenue loss for all of us.

Am sure others are also facing revenue loss, if we cannot display ads revenue is being lost every minute.

Please give a temporary solution if not a permanent one till next update.

The ads are also not loading after the latest newspaper theme update on infinite scroll pages anwywhere.

So this is definitely an error from the Newspaper theme end and not anywhere else.
Please provide a solution.

To test out we just went back to Google Adsense setup and they are also now not loading on infinite load pages on desktop.

Please look in to this, after latest theme update none of the ads including Google Adsese are loading on infinite load pages.

I am stuck here, ad Guys say the script is not firing in iframe of newspaper theme in infinite load and you are saying its problem with the script.

I put it in the RAW HTML in the header. That did not work either.

I even put it in custom HTML.

Ana said she made it work, can you let me know how did that happen?

Thanks, for the errors, have already checked these pages out. The ad tech guys are saying the ads are not loading in the iframe of an infinite load articles of newspaper theme, hence the errors.

We have added the Fuse.js code in the head. But it is not executing on infinite load pages. Which is very strange.

Can you please ask other team members, why is this happening? As the ad codes should execute on all infinite load pages.

Thanks Ana for all your effort, much appreciated. can you please let me know what exactly did you do to make it work/ads appear in infinite load pages?

We have added the code only to the analytics/js code box and removed it from everywhere else. The ads are showing on the first page, but still do not show on the subsequent infinite load pages.

I went through it, there is no solution given there, even the person who started the thread says, it is not working for them.

You need to test AMP out thoroughly, please. We tried on two websites and there are no tracking results.

Yup, does not work for us either. We tried on all our sites. GA4 AMP with newspaper is not tracking AMP pageviews, users etc.

That will be added manual work for the authors. There are a few plugins out there that do it automatically. I hoped the team here have used one of them 🙂

The thing is – for many posts we update at times. We cannot go into each one and delete the time stamp manually it will be a cumbersome job. As we are a live news site.

Hence asked if it happens automatically in any way.

Also, both of them are appearing on the posts.

we are on a dedicated hosting. And we were not facing this issue before the last newspaper theme update.

As said it could be a problem with WP-Rocket plugin, but, we have the same plugin in our other website motorbridge.com with newspaper theme and the same settings, there with Wp-Rocket turned on auto load is working.
