That editors pick block came build in to the theme to get that you will first have to turn on the footer feature..in the theme settings footer and choose “style 1″ also you can’t change the post because it’s a build in feature with the theme.. if you want your own then you can choose some thing like ” style 5″ and add your own block and name the title “editors pick” if you want…

If you already have videos and they in Categories already all you have to do is add each Categories of videos to which video block you want, and what you calling a slider is called “Big Grid 6” on the demo video page if you want a slider you can use “Big Grid Slider where you can find through the Visual Composer as well…

Setting up the video page is no different then setting up a “About page,Contact Page, etc it’s the same way and use the same opitions,instead of posting a featured image to a post you will be posting the video image instead in the Featured Video section on the right side…

To start you off first for a newbie it’s best to import the video page demo settings that will give you a idea on setting up your video page,also you need visual composer to build your video page and it comes with the theme so that’s not a problem..

To post videos you choose in format “Video” and then post the full video link from the url page in the “Featured Video”

@jdmeier when i go to your site it’s loading fine and not slow etc.. you need to “Regenerate Thumbnails” with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ and also use the plugin “Thumbnail Upscale” as well you can find it here …https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ and try a better cache plugin like “ZenCache” that will do a great job then the rest of cache plugin out there…

These are some of my own tips to make the theme and WP works smooth..

Get these plugins if you can they will make a big difference in your site…

The great thing about V6 you don’t need any CSS to take out white space it can all be done with the VC,each block you can fix all of that with out using any css…

I forget to say which IE browser the zoom works with,well it works great with the new Windows 10 “Microsoft Edge Browser” also the theme works nice with that browser..i’m loving the new windows 10..

I just upgrade my windows 8.1 this morning to windows 10 and the zoom effect is working with windows 10 IE browser…

I noticed as well it don’t work with IE browser only firefox and chrome i see it working as entended,it seem this theme was build using firefox browser because it look much better with that browser then IE or chrome…

It can also be a memory issue that giving you the Backend Blank Screen…

I don’t use the theme speedbooster,because it’s not stable and make issues with my site…did you try to turn of the speedbooter plugin and see if that was the issue..

@rshaules i’ve just check your site on pagespeed and it seem to be good with mobile and desktop,if you want this score to be better turn off that lazyload from the theme it’s causing the “Prioritize visible content” error..

I’m not having this issue…

I use “ZenCache” and it do a awesome job and it’s FREE https://wordpress.org/plugins/zencache/ will not change for any thing else out there…

I get that same email also and went and fix the issues by removing the folders from my robots.txt file it was making issues with mobile devices…it seem something has change with the theme new version are google change something on there end..

These folders should not be in robots.txt file as follow..removed them A.S.A.P if you don’t want your site to get BANNED..

I’m using a plugin call “My Custom Functions” that keep every thing the way it should be after i upload a fresh install of my theme files,all i do is Deactivate it on update and Activate it after i’m finish..i don’t edit the theme files directly because then it’s too much work to put every thing back…

No because i have backups

It’s always best to upload a fresh new install of the theme then just patching files..

I’m not having any issues with the new 6.3.1 the update went smooth…

I find Zencache plugin works better with the theme and CF,that’s why i choose it over all the rest so called cache plugins…

@Radu when Cloudflare Rocketloader is on,all of the theme ajex stop working,the search don’t work,the Image Animations don’t work..this is the reason i had to hide my search bar on my site and can’t use any ajax as well…

I can be wrong but i think it have to do with the “jquery” that make the site not work well with Cloudflare Rocketloader..

Also only some post template can work with Cloudflare Rocketloader,(e.g style 7,style 8, style 6) they all can’t work with Cloudflare Rocketloader either so it’s something to check in too because using Cloudflare Rocketloader is a must for a good Optimize website…

It will be nice if this theme can work with CF rocketloader because with out CF rocketloader the site is not well Optimize and i not going to stop using rocketloader because if i do my site score drop really low and site become slow as well…what makes this theme fast and well Optimize is using CF…
