You can do this with CSS but only by setting lowering the font size:

font-size: 10px !important;
}

The best way is to manually update your theme and to do that follow this guide –> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/, also check this guide –> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-v-3-7/. It’s a good idea to backup your database and the entire wordpress directory.

This require a lot of modifications to the code, you have to modify the loop-single.php and create two containers, one with the content and one with the review, or you can just reposition the reviews line and modify it’s placement/location and the display using css – http://screencast.com/t/1BkE4hiNFyib

If you don’t know how to doit you may have to hire a professional coder.
