Unfortunately the speed booster plugin purpose is to move js and css stylesheets to the bottom of the page, this actions could cause issues like the one you describe.
In order to prevent this we have, by default, left the themes file css at the top of the page, please check your page source code and that this css is loaded at the top of the page.
I’ll add this on our list for further investigation and try to find a solution for this in future updates.

You can set the big sliders to use pages instead of post from here: http://screencast.com/t/zmyweyPF ..but please keep in mind that the slider was designed to work with posts and post’s featured images so using pages would display just their titles. You would need custom modifications for this and would need to get some to help you with that if you don’t know how too.

Please make sure you also get this error when using just the Visual composer plugin without other plugins active, make sure you also empty cache and purge files.

Please try to add it and test your site on various mobile devices. I believe that the mobile screen should be detected and only then the ad should be loaded.

Unfortunately you’d have to edit the 404.php template file and customize it. You can’t use the page builder to customize it but you could use the do_shortcode function to add blocks/widgets created using the VC page builder.

Sorry for the delay, we don’t work on weekends!
The photon feature of jetpack plugin generates and serves a new, re-sized image based on “img element’s width and height attributes” besides the one theme smart list adds to the page.
The jetpack photon feature can cause issues and while the theme works based on the same system (creates and serves/uses thumbnails for each uploaded image we haven’t tested it with the theme so it would be best to disable it.

Yes, you can use the Background click ad which allows you to open a url when you click the background: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/
If you need other type of ads you’ll need to use a plugin as the theme doesn’t have an option.
