Hi,
Unfortunately I can’t offer you an exact answer on this. I will add your request on our list and consider it for future updates. You could also try to use a plugin for that.
Thanks for your suggestion!

Hi,
The view counter doesn’t work well when used with cache so if you do use cache then I suggest you also enable the ajax post view count feature under post settings in theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/bf0BBbWl1Z
Please let me know if this helps and also provide your site’s url so I can have a look.
Thanks
Hi,
Could you please let us know if possible about the actual issue you have when using this, a screenshot would also help.
Please let us know!

Hi,
The view counter increments each time page loads that is how the view counter works.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately not as the newsmag theme uses fonts for icons like font awesome: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/ ..while the newspaper theme uses sprites for icons.
Thanks
Hi,
Have you managed to get this done eventually as I’ve check the source code for each page you’ve sent but didn’t found anything related to the time tag and the vcard span tag.
Please let me know if this is not what you’ve meant and provide more details about your issue.
Thanks
Hi,
I have managed to recreated this and seems that we have a problem with the unique articles feature as it generates the same issue on my tests also.
For the moment I have added this on our issue list and we will investigate it and hopefully we can will fix this until the next update.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for understanding!
Hi,
This happens when you try to access the theme’s index.php file directly. You can find more info about this in this tread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/fatal-error-3/
Thanks
Hi,
It can be that the plugin uses similar classes and the style apply’s to it also.
Please send a link to your site which contains this issue so we can inspect it.
Thanks
Hi,
I see you sue the speed booster plugin, in that case the theme uses the minified js, you have to modify the code inside td_site.min.js: http://screencast.com/t/S4A1sR14hS
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
Do you actually have the same issue on a mobile device?
Please also check this without other plugins active, this without the speed booster plugin which can cause this as it moves css style sheets and/or js files to the bottom of the page.
Please also let me know what theme version you use.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience but we haven’t tested the theme with the Wordfence plugin while the Jetpack plugin has lots of features so you could try to disable some of them and try to see if it’s still generating issues.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Unfortunately we haven’t rested any plugin of this type so I can’t recommend you one. Sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
@luke86
Unfortunately that is the only layout available at the moment for the big grid block and to get more or change it you would need custom changes to it and it would not be an easy job.
We had other request of like this regarding the big grid and we will consider this and add more layouts but this will only happen in future updates.
You could achieve something similar though using block 14 at full width of the page: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-14/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Please also provide a link to your site so I can inspect this and let me know where have you set the new font or provide more details so I know where to look.
Thanks
Hi,
You could try to use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/english-admin-rtl-site/
I’m not sure if this will work though as it seems it hasn’t been updated from more that 2 years.
I suggest you also try to find a solution for this online as I’m not sure how you could do that or if you could.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!

Hi,
What theme version you use as we had fixed this infinite scroll issue in previous theme versions so please make sure you update the them to the latest version (4.6.1). You can also check our demo and see how it should work: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/homepage-infinite-scroll/
Use this guide and the FTP method to update the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
Please make sure that you update your child theme and use the files provide within theme’s files downloaded from theme forest.
I’ve added this on our list for further testing to see if we can recreate this. Please let me know how it goes and also if you have any other info related to this.
You can do your changes to the main theme files until we can provide an accurate answer on this.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay!
Please download the latest theme version(4.6.1) from themeforest: http://themeforest.net/downloads
Update the theme to the latest version using this guide and the FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ make sure do a backup of your current theme installation before updating it so you can revert back to it if something goes wrong.
After updating your theme remove the Visual Composer plugin and update it using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
At the moment version 4.3.5 of the VC plugin is include within the theme files but we plan to release an update during this week in which we will include the latest version of the plugin(4.4.2).
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks
