I also don’t understand what you mean by “you will have to edit the post template and not use the tagDiv composer”. When I click edit template, the tagDiv composer comes up.

Do I need to be doing something within theme panel to also be making this work?

Hi Vlad, so I’ve tried just using AdBox elements within post templates, and it mostly seems to work ok.

When I checked on mobile or AMP however the ads didn’t show up. I added the <div class=”td-all-devices”> </div> as I didn’t have this before, and this made my add show up as really small on desktop, but still don’t show on mobile or AMP.

Hi Calin, thanks for your help in disabling the website field within comments.

I’ve never seen the desktop version problem in your first image before, so I’m not too worried about that at the moment.

I still have my initial problem of my footer images not appearing on AMP pages. Are you able to help with that?

The amp problem is because on desktop appear the amp version -> https://i.imgur.com/aFLumKi.png you can deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I’m not sure what you mean with this comment sorry. On desktop it is not showing up as the AMP version for me. Why do I want to deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones?

Also we recommend to use the amp with mobile theme, but please notice that the amp footer will be display different from the desktop or responsive version.

When I click on “mobile theme” from the theme panel, I have the “mobile + AMP” option selected for the setting “use mobile theme for”

Also if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, use the right click on the comments and delete it -> https://i.imgur.com/ZKJIBdm.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/vu4XBPm.png after that save the template.

I don’t want to disable comments, I only want to remove the option for people to include a website with their comments.

Also another question (I’ve searched the forum but can’t find it), how can I disable the website field for comments? I’m getting a lot of spam comments, and they all seem to be an attempt at link building.

Hi, I’ve tried to find that error myself but can’t find it. How do I work out if this is a plugin conflict or not?
Would you not recommend using mobile theme plugin as amp template?

Sorry I wasn’t very clear before. When viewing in “AMP mode” it does not display correctly (the picture I included above). When viewing on regular mobile it shows up correctly – see here

Those screenshots you attached appear to be the standard desktop display, adjusted for mobile screens. I’m not exactly sure what triggers these three different viewing modes.

Hi Vlad, I’ve deactivated every plugin except TagDiv ones and the favicon is no longer showing up at all (still showing host gator). This is on safari on iOS

Given it’s happening on all post pages, all showing 2 broken links, but on no other pages it definitely looks like a template error. How could I go about finding the issue?

On the AMP version of the same page there’s this, which I think should be pointing to the non-AMP homepage?

Thanks for clearing up the problem with text not displaying, I didn’t realise I had to copy the text into the mobile editor to make it visible on AMP.

I’m having a lot of trouble still with trying to get the footer correct. I’ve tried turning off AMP on the footer page, however it’s still showing up as AMP. Is this because it is hosted on every page (which is set to AMP)?

I’m also still confused with the three options of mobile, AMP + mobile and AMP only. Could you please explain the difference between these further?

One last question, is it typical for a bit of a lag between making changes in the templates and seeing those changes on a website? Some of my pages seem to update instantly, but others might take up to a day for the changes to roll through.
