Dear Calin,

As most of the users are facing the Database saturation due to theme issues. Do you know when we can expect the fix on this serious and critical issue?

Due to this issue, website is confusing high resources which causing crashing the site. Hope this will be address urgently.

We are also facing similar issue as poldino and Eighthats have highlighted. We hope theme support team will look into these issue and will get fix in next release.

We have followed the above steps and we have done all the activities, disabling, deleting and installing plugin and cleared the cache and issue still persist. This is serious issue and coming from Theme only. We need solution on this.

As we have checked with external DB expert and he confirmed below:

I have gone through your issue, and it seems that your site is running WordPress. The query itself seems to be originated from the theme and although we would be able to alter the theme’s core codes, it would make the theme be blocked from future updates. Additionally, since the nature of the site is a “News Portal”, the site would naturally consume a lot of resources due to running the queries in parallel.

We have already followed the steps and we have set the fonts from TAGDIV composer from Style section as well. Please check, as we have changed the font for our tdb-logo-text-title (Transcontinental Times).

When we inspect the element in browser, we can see the Chomsky New font but not on website

Thanks for your response.

Yesterday night, we were going through available google articles and found some suggestion.
It seems there is an issue. We have deactivated and deleted below two plugins and now mobile visitors are not directing to AMP.

1.tagDiv Mobile Theme
2.Official AMP for WP

Everything is working fine now. Just a one question, can you guy’s check on above two plugins (in next theme updates) as there seems code issue as these two plugging causing issues.

If we install this molongui-authorship, So we don’t have to follow any steps from here like, adding code in function.php and custome CSS, explained in https://forum.tagdiv.com/adding-multiple-authors-articles

Only installing plugin will work?

It is very unfortunate to hear that. I believe this is the bug in theme and hope you guys will consider this enhancement as a part of the solution in the next release.

As you mentioned it requires custom work, what is the process, and what are the additional charges for work! As we have two requirements.

1.Adding multiple authors to articles through Cloud Template.
2.Auto Adding Editor name as ‘Edited by’ after author field through Cloud Template.

Kindly suggest the best way to achieve with minimal price, if custom work required.

We are using auto ads from adsense. There are no issues with ads on header, sticky, sidebar. The only issue I am having are ads not showing in the article. I have spent hours on this and I could not resolved. I have read and performed all the other instructions you posted on other threads.

adding and test:

– placing code in single post template where there are multiple ad boxes

None of which helps with inline article showing. We are using Single Post Template – Default PRO template.

Could you please help me as well. As we wanted to add ‘edited by’ field, as soon as post get published. It should appear the by (Author name) and then Edited by (Editor name) as editors have an account on our website.
