Thanks Simion.
Just found out.

Is there a way that I modify this without core modifications?

Via child theme functions.php file?

Or any other adviseable way?

Same thing with text with image.

Solution is to change line 119 FROM:
$buffy_image .= '';
TO
$buffy_image .= ''.get_post_meta($image, '_wp_attachment_image_alt', TRUE).'';

Hopefully that helps.

I know I should play around with core code, but just in hope that this can be incorporated on the next release for these two elements.

Hi Simion,
Thanks for your help.

I was not using any Cloud templates, so I decided to deactivate it because it clearly slows down my website (at least on the dev server). It increases many seconds while editing pages, and creating the site which is a lot of time for the developer to waste.

Anyways, I went ahead for the core modification for now (despite not adviseable because of the upgrade thing), but I could not find that file on my file structure:

I just upgraded to 9.7

Also, doing a find didn’t find the file too.

Where did this bastard go?

Hi Simion,
I’m facing the same situation.

I want to implement, I tried to use whatafile plugin to discover which file I needed to modify, it shows me as it’s single_template_10.php, but I don’t see this file…

I tried to edit loop-single.php without success too, nothing shows up neither if I do a syntax error to throw on the screen, but nothing…

Solved problem by
1. Taking the button you created on the draft page
2. Copied to my page
3. Modified text and url of your button just copied to the new page
4. right Clicked my button (with the problem), copy style
5. Pasted style on your new added button.
Links are working now.

I take from now on.

Thanks for the help guys!

At least you created the environment for me to solve the issue.

Kudows.

Hi Calin, I’ve seen you guys already creating pages.
Can you give me an ETA on this?
We need to launch this website next week and this is one of the pending items as there are a lot of buttons that need to be updated/fixed.

Thanks for all your help.

Best regards,

Hi Calin, thanks.
Email sent, subject: Buttons are not clickable – REf forum thread

Very good. That should work.

I’ve been using the Live CSS from TD Composer. What is the difference on using that section?

Is it OK if Ii use for most of the modifications?

Thanks.

Hi Calin,
Thanks for your feedback.

I have disabled all plugins, changed to Newspaper theme (without child theme), also no cache theme is being used.

I’ve followed all these actions and still the button is not clickable. Issue persists.

Please advise.

You’ve nailed on Also check this article ->https://www.somnathjadhav.com/set-zoom-effect-in-revolution-slider-for-background-image/

The problem was the Ken Burns effect. I disabled in all of the slides and now it’s working. Thanks Calin. You can close this.
