Interesting, can you combine LTR and RTL on one website?

In theme panel > translations

For sharp images you can make them a bit bigger but keep them as light as possible, even better when compressed eg. with http://www.compressor.io. A bit larger does not matter, but large files causes page loading delay. 1068 × 713 by the theme resized to 1021 x 640 is fine.

Where to set pagination??

Under ‘Category global settings’ > ‘Category top posts style’ you can chose ‘Disable’ if you want just a list.

How to see the last reply?

Never minds found it myself already in Translations.

Theme panel > Translations > Translations > Contact us (scroll down to almost 1/2 of the page)

You can change the style in Theme panel > Block settings > Globel block header template

(you currently use Block header 4)

Is this right positioned under </article> <!–/.post –> ? (when above it the result is the same)

How do I know what the used post template is? Is #2 the default one? (using a child theme)

Edit: found, edited, saved, code added to Custom ad spot 1. Just no ad appearing on single posts.
