Hello,

thank you for your reply. We disabled the plugins you mentioned, but the problem persists, you can see it now.
When a new article is published, it is not displayed in homepage.
The following settings are set:

Mobile device support. (External plugin or theme required. See the FAQ for further details.)
Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.
Only refresh current page when comments made.
List the newest cached pages on this page.

Are we missing something?

Thank you

Hello,

we do not have untested plugins. The problem does not exist when having wp super cache disabled. We were wondering whether there is something we didn’ t configure correctly, is there something besides what is described in the link https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ ?

Thank you

Hello,

http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/ was one of the articles I followed. But my question was not about that. If you noticed, I mentioned following all steps indicated in that article.

I asked about a specific field (td_011) in wp_options table. That field has url harcoded in it and has a huge amount of data that is not updated when site url and home url is updated, unless we do it manually. I asked if there is a way for that field to be updated automatically, so as not to have to manually change the url.

Kind Regards!

Hello,
we made the change in the file you mentioned (Newspaper/includes/panel/views/td_panel_ads.php) and removed the “ad” part, but it is still displayed as the div name… :/
Are you sure this is the only part that needs to be changed? Thank you!

Hello

I have removed the ‘ad’ word from the files. But div in frontend still displays the ‘ad’ word

Hello,

maybe I should be more specific. In the theme panel, in the ADS section, we have the option of creating custom ad sections. It works fine, with only one issue: the div name (not the ad title) is given the name “ad”, which results in the ad being blocked if a user has the AdBlock plugin installed. So we want to be able to change the name, ie not name it Custom ad 1, so as to prevent the ad from being blocked. Is that possible? A relative screenshot: http://www.screencast.com/t/9LbfB4iNs.

Kind Regards and thank you in advance.

Hello again

We had contacted you about a month ago concerning a problem with block elements not displaying the articles of certain category filters (please see our previous conversation below).

Even though we tried your suggestions and fixed the console errors, the problem still persists. The problem doesnt have to do with a specific block element nor with a particular category filter, but it occurs randomly. Let me give you an example of that:

I have the category named “Εκδηλώσεις” (category id 131) which contains four articles. I created a block element with category filter–Εκδηλώσεις, but when loading the page the block element appears empty. When switching the category filter to different category, then the related articles load normaly.
When afterwards i created a new category and transferred there all “Εκδηλωσεις” articles , and used the new category as a new filter, nothing appeared once again.
Do you have any explanation why this is happening?

thanks in advance

Hello,

the post you are mentioning refers to the article. I refer to the block module,
is it possible?

Thank you.

Sorry, my mistake! I mean the block title, ie the title shown in the png attached. null

Hello

The problem is on the default home page, on the right position, the last block element 18.
I have sent the username and password via mail. This block element has a category filter (category: ΕΝΘΕΤΟ) but it does not display the article of that category.

the url is :ypxwra.neuropublic.com

Hello,

that is what we have done. The problem is that it does not display the article(s) of the category used in the category filter. If we enable the Ajax filter, the article is displayed. So it finds an article which makes it odd that it does not work. So let me sum it up: When we only use the cateory filter, the article(s) of the category are not displayed. Why could this be happening?

ihora

Hello,
ok, I will try to explain.

We have added a block 18 element in our homepage and we have set it to bring articles from a specific category (This category has no subcategories). When we reload the page to see the outcome, we see the block element without the article of the category, as shown in the image below:

noimage

When we click on the “Όλα – All” Ajax filter, the article is displayed, which is what it should do:

with_image

How can we make it show the article by default, when the page is loaded, without the user having to click on All? We don’ t want to have the Ajax filter enabled.

Thank you.
