Try testing from another location with GTMetrix.com — see the ‘how to’ on that site to change the “test server location” if your country/host blocks them; which is highly unusual except in some countries. In our case, we’re in USA, and the test server we use is in Canada (GT is in Canada hence the default testing from Canada).

Hello @dhapenk , the process limit is hitting because of the search bar present in the newspaper theme. I had have been that issue too, i solved it using heartbeat plugin which removed a lot of load from my hosting panel. Apart from that, use Wp-Optimize to make more space in database. Hope it helps. Or maybe you should consider upgrading the hosting plan, if the current one is limited in such ways that you cannot maintain a proper website functionality. Basic hosting plans have limits that are easily reached
