The weather changes were not a decision on our part, they have modified the implementation of the widget. We simply adapted to the said implementation (it could have also been removed entirely from the theme).
From what I can see in the screenshots, some of the composer sections are not displayed properly, for example the row layout options.
In some cases that has happened because of plugins. You could try as a quick test to deactivate them all, leave only theme plugins active. Check if this solves the issue.
The theme and theme plugins should work properly if the basic requirements are met. The newly released update now also supports PHP 7.2. Previously such PHP versions were causing issues if used with the theme.

Ad 2. If i upload a mobile logo, it looks ugly, if not, there is no logo on AMP post, but some header do not need a mobile logo, so you have to add another logo option for AMP pages/posts.

That would depend on what changes you would like to make to the author box. Visual improvements could be made with CSS. The browser inspector can be used to customize various elements on the website, if there are no theme elements for this

Category pages should show only posts that are actually included in the respective category. I have tested this on my end with the infinite pagination but there is no problem, the posts that are displayed belong to the category currently viewed.
If the post is included in other categories as well, it will also show on those category pages. For example this post

The theme files can be requested from outside WordPress, generating a server error (HTTP 500).
Try to access to: http://yoursite/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/index.php
If you access directly to he theme files, the get_header function is not defined, so PHP returns an error: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header().
Example: http://yoursite/wp-content/theme/Newspaper/index.php
Maybe the code could check for WordPress environment like this:

The code will add a border bottom to the top menu and main menu, all the values in the code can be changed (border size, style and color)

Custom codes such as this can be entered in the Theme panel->Custom CSS section. Try it and see if it works properly.
Such customization can easily be done with the browser inspector tool. Inspect the location you want to customize and identify the elements used. Then create custom code. This is a guide in the matter with some examples

Hi,
I would ask how I can put the same like button which has in single posts to implement into – the pages, and other posts types – like the author page?
I managed to implement the share buttons into the author.php — even its share-count not correct ( it counts the first post’s shares, instead of the current author page… )
But, I have a request from authors they would like to see the Facebook like, and Google Plus +1 buttons also there.
— The Google +1 button I have to put also to the single posts.. 🙁

I think a more recent post stated that they would be including that in a very soon upcoming version; I think the priority at the moment has been
a) PHP 7.2 test/update code
b) updates/enhancements to the TD Composer plugin
c) bug fixes from the major update to recent version of Newspaper
d) additional prep for big changes coming to WP in WP5.
I believe AMP support is in the mix, according to some of the TagDiv theme folk support posts on the topic. 🙂
Keeping in mind that AMP support doesn’t fix existing content/html issues (e.g., inline HTML), https issues, or push for upcoming http/2 support as a metric on the usability/best practices audit in Chrome. Using the AMP plugin *now* is a good learning curve on basic fixes needed for baseline AMP compliance, regardless of solutions used.

Please consider incorporating subtitles into the blocks that otherwise enable excerpts to appear. Or, add blocks that work with subtitles.
This is a fundamental mistake with your theme, in my opinion – Because it forces people to manipulate the content of an article so that the title & subtitle display properly in the block.
I’ve found Automattic AMP to be extremely limited as to be virtually useless. I’m finding that AMP for WP is much more customisable. There are a few glitches there too, but I can live with them for now and probably beat them into submission.
I also support other people’s requests for AMP pages to be built into the native Newspaper theme (if and when feasible). Seriously, Newspaper is such a great theme on so many levels and it would really give TagDiv a decided advantage over all other themes by offering an AMP feature.
